NOTICE GLOBAL

I use it for a week. I use it as a vocal microphone and microphone as acoustic guitar. I have to say for the record ca instrument must be better to have a small micro diaphragm will permit to spend less time on the mix. Adi but with this mic and some tweaking of the mix the result is amazing.

The price is really good especially since I bought 80 used the coup necessarily that price is the bomb.
What I like least is its lack of sensitivity but this is probably due to my sound interface. another cot is an advantage because I saw it a home studio use, is not used to immobilize everyone in the house when I record.

I bought this mic for its price INTERESTED, on the advice of the seller. Like many of its class microphones, impresses with its report qualitprix. I compared it with a Rode NT1 Neumann TLM 103 and I admit that the Difference of quality is far from being standard. The precision of the sound is almost identical, however, I blame the Superlux, despite its relatively flat curve, to be too abbrasif in the medium is that it takes almost systmatiquement dig mdiums for the sound balance. Then, in terms of its heat, it does better with a Neuman (make no mistake) but I use this mic for everything (especially the songs but the guitar (to a folk or in front of an amp) and percussion ) and renders trs correct for this award. While working on his derrire is nikel!
It is also quite sensitive and demonstrated almost no background noise. Its limit? Use it to record a snare drum (saturation), trs thing is a good example NT4.

OVERALL OPINION

For over a year since I use it. I notament RALIS dubbing parody of STAR WARS with rev and I am satisfied with his job. Unfortunately I was not able to compare to other mics before buying it, but if I had to take another, the price I think I Do not hesitate.
If your budjet is limited and you are looking for a pro, this could be electrostatic your solution, but remember that in this range there are quite a few other good deals.

OVERALL OPINION

It is now over 4 years, I had the opportunity to look at a bunch of microphone (SM57, AT4050, Dragonfly, ...). For the price is pretty good and it helps out well, used for the model or the live, but it stops there. In home professional studio I stopped using it for about a year: not accurate in the treble, falsely sweet (medium-high carved, acute narrow) and quite pervasive in the low-mids (say 500Hz).
For voice he asked numerous corrections: treatment of dynamic band EQ, dynamic re compression, reverb, etc. ...
Where it remains correct it before a guitar amp. I say correct because in comparison, the Dragonfly is just magic for that use!
For the same budget I will not repeat this microphone. I would go see the side of Rode, SE Electronics, Shure and T. Bone, for example.
