the sound is good, not crystalline, but it is not a strat LP
distortion level, the two humbuckers are fulfilling their roles, but the solos should be changed

To play metal with powerful riffs ros, s is good, it's the right place.
for normal gonna rock too, even if the treble a little fish
but what is the funky, no, go see the neighbor ...
on my Roland Cube 15 (and yes, budget) captures ca.
Edit (01/01/06): I have a mount kit EMG Zakk Wylde above. and is more! all sounds are impeccable. vax on my Valvetronix is that good!

I use it for 2 years now and I'm totally happy
I like: the sound
I do not like: the original sound (lack of clarity at times)
