German-made rosewood with 2 volume knobs and a tone. Freights are pearly, beautiful!
The violin is very good and also very beautiful.

UTILIZATION

The neck is a little thick and hangs slightly but the frets are very nice.
Ergonomics is very good even if the guitar is a bit heavy (a concert 1:30 is a little feel).
The sound is excellent (slight hiss when the distortion is pushed, like other actually).

SOUNDS

Guitar that sounds mightily to use with a good distortion pedal, stoner style, rock, hard rock metal see.
The clean sound is however not terrible when there is no effect, thus providing a good tube amp.

I tested it on a fender deluxe reverb combo, a killer !!!
Try this with a large distortion as with a slight crunch + delay.

OVERALL OPINION

It's been two years since I use it. This is my first guitar but I have no intention of separating me even then that I play on stage.
I particularly used as a rhythmic guitar but that does not stop me some solos.

This is a guitar that can stand on its own.
You have to choose the material that best shoes you to sublimate its sound and, between us, month 400 € a guitar of this quality is hard to beat.

I just tried half an hour in the store, on marshall vintage modern combo, but it does not run the streets I post ...

China of course, not expensive for the set neck (approx. 400 roros).

The back is chamfered, it is really great with the guitar body. It is heavy, much more than my last acquisition (gibson les paul studio faded) which surprised me.
The handle is type lumberjack, a sacred club in the legs, both larger and bulkier than any other les paul. Love is not a bit tired.
The cutaway is not going very far, so access ozégu is modest (but hey it's not a guitar shredder crazy anyway).
The pickups are mini-humbuckers, a volume each and a master tone. The selector is casually placed very well, so so.
Everything is very well done, it holds up, the solid feel of the whole is obvious.

UTILIZATION

Frets very well put, polishées and everything, super original markings clearly visible and my faith!
The model we tested weighed a ton and sounded not strong at all empty, very cozy.
The volumes are progressive, the action of tone rather discreet.
I used the vintage modern both in saturax clean (I think this is the best jet in marchemal elsewhere).
Firstly, these mini humbuckers are not adjustable in height, only the studs. Then, their output level is low, no problem with the amp used of course ...
And finally, the neck pickup because of background noise, more than his colleague.

SOUNDS

So here is mixed for me, because the foil is not (I have a guitar with mini humbuckers far more serious convincing), perhaps stifling the violin too sound.
Once this is accepted, it's nice and warm soup for fat-free, and the positions are distinct.
In saturax (overdrive not too muscular say) is articulated and not aggressive, but harmonics go out without too much difficulty. Say that unlike a les paul this hofner do not jump to FIG.
But damn it but of course it is: pop, not rock!
With a vox it should work hand in hand ...

Once again have to know what you're looking ...
I put five for the lack of glitz and breadth, it is personal.

OVERALL OPINION

At least it's not just another stupid copy without personality.
She is beautiful, a tad dark red sunburst but simply sublime.
Everything is very well done, it holds up, even the lifts are ok you can go live free.
With a vox tube kitu you the look, sound and not out of the box Jivaro line6 ...

I do not buy, for the weight and lack of glitz and breadth of its load, and also because it's so special to want to change pickups is getting into trouble.
Also, the dollar is so low that current for 250 more roros was the real les paul studio faded with microphones far more convincing. And in time a customer is found soon for the U.S. ...

A beautiful guitar pop, which takes the road on which you can count, you just know what you are looking for. Absolutely try before you buy, it's special!
