iZotope did not detail the new features found in the new Ozone 6 and Ozone 6 Advanced, but you can have a first idea of the new GUI in the following video and we’ll tell you more at the AES this weekend.
iZotope already announced introductory pricing for this new version of its mastering suite, it will be $199 for Ozone 6 ($249 regular) and $599 for Ozone 6 Advanced ($999 regular). Upgrades will be available for $99 for Ozone 6 from any previous standard version and $399, then $750 for the Advanced version and $299 from any previous Advanced version to Ozone 6 Advanced.
If you purchased Ozone 5 / Advanced after September 1st, 2014, you’ll get a grace period and will receive the upgrade for free.
If you still don’t owe Ozone, iZotope gives you an opportunity to do so at a special price, and receive the upgrade for free in November: Ozone 5 is available for $199 and Ozone 5 Advanced for $599 through October 28th.
The price grid is online at www.izotope.com.
