UTILIZATION

The cinfiguration is very complete but very simple.Il just choose a type of receiver, set top trebble etc., gain, an effect or not, and is recorded on the chanel 1.The redo the same thing for two chanel , and that the partis.De, we go with a foot switch to another chanel, and active or not the effects.

SOUNDS

UTILIZATION

I do bass on tracks with 75% of this amp and the 25% that follow, I'm doing the guitar. and I can say that this amp provides all the same! even at the low, we find a nice little crunch with a lot of bass and it was a great bass sound saturated. I do in this new group of British garage rock, and sounds really standard.

I use the guitar with a clear, saturated and trs trs sounds good, and with the bass, also sounds a hell. APRS I use the crunch or Satus greasy, without effects or anything, I can have a sound of hell, I really m'clate on this amp. for its clear, warm sound I like and also it provides with the lamp in the pramp, archaffe it aut to ensure the sound and have a good shot well while simpa I play with a simple basic Squier Stratocaster. and the bass is no storm, so nothing trs good (the opposite) and I'm still bluff by sounds.

even if the modlisations are numrique, pramp allows the lamp to make the gain sinthtique enjoyable and not a tube amp, (of course it's not comparable, since c ' is still a transistor amp) but enables the lamp to give the true sound has an analog amplifier, digital and in passing is really enjoyable.

OVERALL OPINION

was now four months I have and I find really huge for the price. the quality is to go and you feel the knowledge of Vox, which even in the new technology provides a max.

Principle 2 body came in handy. but above all the power knob is really very practical trs.

before buying it, I had a line6 spider II, which is not bad, but modlisation are too synthetic. I also tried a line6 Flextone III XL and he removed the cot a little synthetic, but nevertheless remains as its not natural. it has for the vox I chose because I wanted to modlisation because I am not on my sound and I like the modlisation for its versatility, with an amp mod sation, it seff to turn a button to make a stroke of the vines, the tool another shot, another known Starsailor, and without 15 amps, but still wanted to report good and sounds good and I I found what I wanted in the vox.

UTILIZATION

Simplissime config, modify the settings one after the other and presto, it saves one of the two slots arranged.
Or it simply presets home (2 per amp)
Or they simply remains in "manual".

Negative point (large): No knobs on the front ... it is original but very boring to use. No way to know which channel you're a single glance. I think a good tinker pti mirror hinged to alleviate this concern. (It is possible to place it on the field but ... it would humhum ridiculous anyway lol)
No reverb general, it is one of effects! Some effects include it in their settings but ... I like having independent reverb.
Positive: Changing the lamp preamp without any disassembly. Direct access to the lamp is provided in the head!
Knob output power independent of the preamp. So the preamp can stay in background while playing with only ten watts, ideal for performance while playing quietly at home.

I bought this head at a good price, but the first attempt I realized a loss of power in the wake of the attack.
So I changed the original lamp (EH 12AX7) for RUBY 12AX7AC5 HG + and frankly, it works as hell. 2 min and the replacement was done

SOUNDS

I plug in the head on a 2x12 "Marshall 1936 (Original HP Celestion G12T) and it sounds great! It drools a little pti but this concern will be resolved once and for good HP installed. I strongly believe to be on my Celestion V30 4x12 "
