Published on 03/05/12 at 06:35This is a classic overdrive pedal, a POT for adjusting the effect of overdrive, one for volume and one for tone.
An input and an output mono 6.35 6.35 mono, powered by a 9v battery or 9v power supply such a negative center boss.
UTILIZATION
Configuration is very simple 3 POTS, no need manual need to pedal quickly found the sound, the whole being to know your stuff.
SOUND QUALITY
Yes the effect is present and perfectly realistic, it's not a distortion or a fuzz or a treeble boost, the sound is that of an overdrive.
Respect of the instrument and the amp, it does not spoil or the soul and the stamp or sound.
I use as a single pedal with a strat is a twin reverb, I've taken a lot of fun.
Now I use it with either a Strat, a Tele or a copy of SG, I rarely used alone (+ CP9 maxon OD808, OD808 or V3 + OCD) and mostly in a bassman 100 head. But in a WEM ER15 ...
I do not hate anything in the sound of this pedal.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it since September 2006, at the time I had to buy United States;;
Younger I had an overdrive pedal ARIA, but so much the effect of breath.
the POTS are sensitive and can easily disrupt a hitch and when used the pedal with a battery change is not practical.
United States import, duty free the value taken was excellent.
I do it again this choice.
