UTILIZATION

This little machine is simple to use and plutt becomes even more when using the PC interface Vyzex. It is even essential for CRER new presets for the controls on the PP are quite limited.

Via Vyzex anything is possible, the Fast Fashion patches is quick and easy.
The manual is supplied with a "Quickstart Guide" should be Tlcharger version intgrale on the Line6 site.

SOUND QUALITY

Not bad at all for such a small thing ...

The cleans are good. I find them better than the XT, but it is subjective.
Crunches are a little tweaking but the LGERS bousin we get good things.
Large saturation can be standards, standards really.

The modlisation not a substitute for knowing how to use the knobs on your guitar. Also, if you find that distos are too dirty, it will involve the source: the output level of your microphone is probably too lev! A stroke of knob and presto, you saturated fat sharp for Palm Mutes;)

The effects are good, but as always, too much kills the sound effects.
Unless you want a sound and ultra-synthetic chemicals, be careful not to overdose your belongings. The chorus is not bad at all and the flag is quite apprciable on large sound, to give more space and power your saturations.

With intelligence and that little finger bean bag can follow you around unabated ...

... Finally, if. It quickly weakened trs at the batteries. The four AAA batteries are quickly absorbed by the little monster, the adapter is almost mandatory for the home studio.

OVERALL OPINION

This is a purchase trsrcent, but I'm used to from PODS THE FIRST SERIES and I used all the beans (bass included).
For less than 100 euros is a great companion for beef and the house work. Practice for the holidays, it fits in your bag and forget scratching until you plug it ... and it's pretty standard.

The Pocket Pod rpond well in the game, respects the properly your guitar sound unlike a priori on the modlisation. The nuances of your playing is palpable and ism is satisfactory.
When you look at the new POD X3 spcificits, we understand how to place the Pocket Pod on the market. The X3 is a big factory gas rich and trs trs complte. The Pocket is a companion (ie empty) and certainly not a version of "cheap" POD.

Good hardware, cheap and ready-made srieux for a guitarist can make your own sounds. If programming and research put you off, this is not the factory sounds that are missing ... but you must admit that would be a shame not to poke a little!
