for short, is a small amp simulator which take in the pocket.
it works a battery, autonomy is not extraordinary, but I come with rechargeable batteries to play 2:30-3am continuously.
side connector was guitar input, headphone output amplifier, which came to a sound source like a walkman (lets you play over a song) and a power outlet.
book with an interview, and without transformer. This last point is really too bad.
UTILIZATION
This pod can be set in 2 ways, either directly or through the pod pc.
directly on the pod is a bit acrobatic, some settings are not accessible combination of button. The slide is not a super ergonomic, it was soon doing a touch of something else in wanting to go after her.
the setting on your PC using the software download. it's not too bad. Safeguarding its not very intuitive, we can easily lose the settings in court on a false manipulation.
In use, the pod turns galley "live", I used headphones for pure play the guitar work, or when I travel (it keeps me from lugging the amp). In these conditions I agree though.
SOUND QUALITY
For the price of the beast, the sound is more than correct, there is a default, including noise (breath / crackling) on some simulation of gain, but hey, it's that a small bean.
Another black spot (it does not bother me more than that because I served as a "booster amp) simulations one can sanitizes the nature of the guitars, the" small "guitar is a little boost, then that bill than his guitar a bit distorted.
Overall it sounds correct for the use to which I intended.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 3 years now working primarily as a tool, do not expect to make its main "amp".
Once the settings (through the editing software) use as amply extra and not bad, especially compared to its price (new € ~ 70)
at the base I moved to this solution to play / work without making too much noise, I had a big amp licks the house and apartment is average. more I will not go through this election, and point me toward more small amp or a good quality sound card for PC, but the cost is much higher.
