UTILIZATION
Overall, the handling is very fast. It takes about an hour to go around the beast. The manual is very well done, it is therefore essential and goes (with a touch of humor as a bonus ...). Daily use is easy and intuitive selection of the amp, the speaker, microphone, selection effects, etc ... and of course to the editing of each parameter. Of course the screen is always handy for that.
SOUND QUALITY
Before acquiring the POD xt I had no idea how to turn my machine! I have tried in the store most of what exists (V amp, Pod, Tonelab, etc ...) and frankly, for me, none of these machines can not be reached from each other! and then the price and the possibilities of Pod xt made the difference. Once in my home studio, I could really use it and see a little more detail the possible actions. Well in the end, it's a purchase that I am not about to miss! indeed, it stands up very well in all registers (clean, crunch and saturated) and the effects are of very good quality and all usable. Very complete. A special mention for heavy distortion that can be very metal! (Contrary to what I heard ...)

I use it for a month now and I am delighted. Finally, I would say that the usb is ultra convenient, especially for the updater beast! (With version 2.0 is available for new amps, speakers and other parameters bcp useful!) Editor available on PC (or mac) is very convenient! is not fully set up with the POD. Finally, we can share lots of sounds via the Internet, which is a little nicer.
