« Very good quality for a portable amp »
Published on 03/21/14 at 17:32Lazy, besides everything has already been said ...
I just add that the plastic shell is a little cheap, so I was expecting something else seeing the pictures on the Internet! Finally the vox what, the truth. But good for the price ...
UTILIZATION
Configuration is very simple, you put the batteries and ... HEAVY METAL THUNDER!
No more seriously it is very simple to use unless a mindless monkey has only two fingers on each hand, there are three knobs: volume, tone and gain.
One rule three as you want and that's it!
Obviously you have to connect headphones, there is a mini jack output to listen to what you play, and also a mini-jack output for connecting to another amp but what's the point? Otherwise it is to tap slaps or something else but then again I do not see the point, as carrying a real amp ...
SOUND QUALITY
Well, well, well ... How to tell? We come to the heart of the matter:
The sounds are frankly not great but good for this price and this size can not really ask for more. We have asked for a fatter sound, certe, but you can still play anything if you are not used to perfect his Marshall or Mesa Boogie: blues, rock, Hard Rock, Metal, that's all , we regret the absence of the clear but hey there marked "Metal" on it, it justifies everything ...
To summarize this is just for mobile guitarists who do not want to lug around with a big folk. Do not expect to sound great even if it's vox, it's just enough.
After that depends on the quality of your guitar.
OVERALL OPINION
Overall it's still a good product for mobile or students who love their neighbors not do shit with big 1000W amps, unlike me. If you want to play up the big crunch distortion Metal genre this amp is for you!
