«  good amp for work at home »

Published on 07/03/12 at 03:56
Value For Money : Excellent
HP 25W transistor amp 10-inch
2 channels
A normal volume
A drive volume gain
portion of one another by not supplied footswitch
but that of my Yamaha combo does the trick
So a simple basic function footswitch
medium equa treble bass
spring reverb
Guitar Input
RCA input for stereo work with a PC or MP3
over one attack after the preamp setting so the guitar does not interfere in the "playback"
supposed to be a headphone line out
do not think about it!!

UTILIZATION

one branch
we play!
a manual? yes but what for
the sound I will return in the next section

SOUNDS

purchased for work at home I must say that it grows fast and very loud for home use
on the first channel we obtain the Fender clean sound really typed
used with my U.S. Strat reverb 3
a minor complaint sounds still very acute for me
the setting that suits me
treble to max 4
medium to 8
bass to 8
and there I found my sound
to Level 4 is fine after I find it blows
on the drive I use it at max with the gain to 3 or 4
neck pickup and then we go for the blues
distos with the gain pushed further are really not beautiful
it becomes rough screaming
there or it is very strong is its adaptability to the pedals
I plug my Zoom G2 above on the channel clear
and everything becomes possible
large saturation inexplotables the drive channel and other
recovering accurate sound regardless of the chosen effect
I play a Strat with essentiellemnt U.S. stratlike deluxe and equipped with custom texas special
as style of music
the pink floyd dire straits SRV clapton gary moore zztop Santana and all going well
So with a multi recovering easily weaknesses of corny to say a drive channel more difficult to use
I return to the headphone output supposed to be a line out from Manual
do not think about it!
a good mic in front and roll!

OVERALL OPINION

I use it now for 2 years
I tried a Roland Cube and other models in modeling
I prefer a good amp and add basic effects upstream
what I like:
the look (it is beautiful)
the clean
I wish I had it when I started 30 years ago
The HP 10-inch
the reverb to be used sparingly, but still a little delirious shadows good it really is that!
He accepts my great multi effect
the price

the least:
I would have preferred a slightly more gradual volume
breath especially on the drive channel for those who want a non-domestic use and therefore at high volume
but hey this is not my case
in this case I recommend a lower volume and a microphone in front
difficult to use the drive channel that wants to go beyond the blues-rock

for me is excellent value for money
I have taken that to work at home
for use at home awesome
as soon as I 10 minutes I turn I play I turn the heating no worries
repeat this choice?
in all cases the same style of stuff so it's on!
