Transistor amp, 30 watts.
An input jack, an output emulated cd (I've never used) and a CD input (it's nice on small amp), headphone out, footswitch input
A clean channel with bass and treble, volume
saturated channel with bass, contour, treble and gain, volume
reverb, delay, chorus, flanger
simulator lamps (?)

To my taste a gain knob on the clean channel could have been a good idea.
I do not find very convincing the delay (the cube 30 at the same price, is more fun for my taste) but I do not use.

The simulator lamps? Hm ... I always turned it slightly changes the sound, can be a bit more heat ... but it is not his lights ^ ^

For the price, it's okay.

Ah, there's also a small manual.

UTILIZATION

Well, playing with the knobs, we slightly modified the sound of the amp, but it remains relatively the same. It is rather "typed" Marshall, but it's not the lights for sure.
it is easy to adjust the effects as well. it's a good point because I think this amp is designed for beginners.
The manual, in general no one will use it, even a new p'tit. It offers three config '.

SOUNDS

It should be all for the blues and rock.
I used it with a Squier Telecaster: a horror. Screaming. No slamming, screaming.
I use a Les Paul in AZ, and frankly for the budget and my style of music is really nice.
I do not think it would be appropriate for the metal, though playing with the outline ...
But a metal zone pedal type is not too much I feel for hard styles.
All this is quite bold, I would not say that are crystalline clear ... at least not with doubles.
But at crunch is not runny, it is also significant.
at that price, if one is attached to a specific style (think hendrix and angus and others), the marshall is quite suitable. metalheads ... there must be more suitable amplifiers.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a little less than a year. I love his cleans and crunch sounds, below the quarter of the knob.
I like its simplicity. I love the price! (I paid € 189)
The biggest crunch is a little rough ... and would love a gain knob clean :-)
I have not tried many amps, I played with the cube 30 of a friend and I prefer the marshall = P
the quality / price is right, I still think we can have better paying a little more.

I think with the experience, I would have bought a more expensive amp ... But at the same price, I would do probably the choice. A good first amp!
