It was a clear sound that can become very round, it can mess it (for example with the master base and gradually returning gain). Saturation is really interesting, as long as we do not put background. but again, there was way to have fun.
I am surprised by the performance of the small HP.
I use to work at home, playing on my records (well, not Sepultura, but if we listening sound - almost clear - the last AC / DC, marries very well)
It seems that FEIST used on stage for a sound a little dglingu has not m'tonne.
It's a little cheap amp (I pay 71 euros in stores on Tours), very very surprising. Nothing to do with my first amp transistor there a year 20aine (ROSS, an absolute horror)

Very happy with my choice. Unbeatable price-quality ratio.
Not be enough in rehearsal with a rock band, but can fill bcp services.

UTILIZATION

EASILY get great clean VOX tones out of this puppy. I mean, we're talking -- this thing really impressed me with how much it sounded like it had tubes in it. Vox really made a great practice amp worth mentioning!


SOUNDS

Sounds FANTASTIC on the clean channel. However, the 'drive' channel or distortion channel sounds rather tinny probably due to the smaller speaker size. It's still OK though, and very useable.

OVERALL OPINION

Love its size, weight, response and tube-like VOX cleans.

Tried numerous practice amps before buying one of these, and my blues - playing father stole it from me promptly once I upgraded to all tube stuff. I have guitar gear OCD, so that's just how it goes.

Transistor amp 15 watts, but super punchy.

SETTINGS:

- + Gain volume can go from super clean clear sound, even crystalline (good for funk, arpeggios, and all that), has a crunch sound, bluesy and has a good p'tite saturation.
- Boost, just to move from p'tite saturation has a good overdrive. pretty mind-blowing couple has a distortion pedal, I could be the new guitarist peter My Bloody Valentine, yes, yes!

- Treble + bass, settings that complement the versatility of this amp.

- Tremolo built in! it manages the depth and speed.

I for one year, and I admit that my old H & K attax 100 is no longer used much since.

The only thing that I can not do with is the scene, as happens in the crunch when I push the gain, the volume is not enough ... although well in sound or preamp for my h & k?!

The quality / price is beyond my expectations, since I got it new for under 150 euros.

this is the best, period.

my future projects: a vox ad or a Mesa Boogie. I see no competition, if any be sought tjs England side. VOX thank you!

I just bought this amp .... has transistors.

In saturated, especially with a good guitar Blade's hot and it's great m ^ me ... a low gain, treble, bass, blues rock is great ... ... very English.

J'tais looking for an amp in a register jou funk-reggae and I must confess that I won ... the clean sound is beautiful. This little amp even enough to compete with more larger and more expensive. per issue against distortion, there are better even if it is more than acceptable. sound very British.

OVERALL OPINION

I buy with my first electric scraper, a limited edtion epiphone special II and frankly, considering the price, there is nothing wrong. Clean the sound is sublime, very clear with lots of bass even while, its resonance enormously. metals and other hard-rocker, go your way, it is not an amp for heavy distortion. for that kind of thing, I think that is better oriented to the cot on the other hand for ibanez ... a novice like me was the electric search for his crisp and clear, I think it's perfect.

Already said so in summary: 10w transistor without reverb, clean channel 1 + 1 boosted channel switchable with button and without specific adjustment, headphone jack.
The finish is generally of good quality, including knobs. Pity it is that Vox did the economy of plastic corners to protect the beast of Bing in the trunk of the car!

UTILIZATION

Operation is extremely simple: you plug the guitar, you set the bass and treble, two knobs for volume and hop off you go!

SOUNDS

I use my pathfinder trio electric folk / rock without a drummer, combined with Leduc D3 and effect Korg AX1000G. The power is sufficient in this context (volume knob between 4 and 6 / 10 in this context clear sound) and sound quality is stirring in view of the price of the machine (61 €!).
I only use the clean channel leaving the Korg AX1000G manage saturations.L association of two works well but results in an exaggeration of the acute need to fix the amp (acute knob 1 / 4, grave 3 / 4!). In this context, the sound is clear and precise with a nice round and saturation are very compelling. I even used to a concert on the terrace and he did very well in the middle of 50W Marshalls.
Pity that a separate volume control is not available for the channel is saturated because it would have reached perfection! Indeed as we move into saturated in the score, the volume becomes too high.

OVERALL OPINION

I have this little amp for almost a year. I bought it on the net without trying it on the basis of excellent notices. I hesitated a little Laney LG. I like its versatility, simplicity, quality / price ratio, light weight and personality "British" friendly.

I will keep no matter what happens even if I buy a tube amp later to play with a rhythm section and in concert.

The best value for money, I tried small Marshall or Fender transistor more expensive or even other amp modeling and vox bury them without problem in my opinion. Not as good an amp lamp but of course this is not the same price or the same power.

Live or repeated with a drummer it's no use dreaming should not either, but to work at home or to return to play at a friend's great.
