Focusrite launches the Heritage Competition
Focusrite celebrates its 30th Anniversary with a music contest opened to every new owner of an ISA or Red 1 500 preamp.
If you purchase and register, between March 2nd and August 31st, 2015, a Focusrite ISA One, ISA Two, ISA 428 mkII, ISA 430 mkII, ISA 828 or Red 1 500, you are entitled to participate in the Heritage Competition, which will reward one lucky winner with a mix of his/her song by Damian Taylor (The Killers, Arcade Fire, Björk, The Prodigy).
You have all summer to compose and make a rough mix of an original song with your new ISA or Red 1 500 preamp. Focusrite will open subscriptions on September 1st, and you’ll have until September 13th to upload your rough mix (or mixes, every participant can submit up to 3 tracks). The Focusrite team will make a first selection of 5 songs and Damian Taylor himself will choose the grand winner and will mix his/her song as soon as he received the source files. All the winners will be announced on the social network (Facebook, Twitter and Google+)
Details of the Heritage Competition are available at global.focusrite.com.
