1 Clean and easy methods of recording?
I'm in your run of the mill garage band and so far all we have done is recorded music onto this little cassete player/recorder.
Now we are getting better and are wanting to record our songs at decent quality and just have no idea how to go about it.
Wut kind of equiptment would you suggest I purchase and use, and how does it work?
Any info would be useful, i'm completely foreign to this stuff, teach me like you'd teach ur grandma :P

Okay new question, are there any methods of good recording that don't involve a computer?

A standalone recorder like the Roland BR-8 does not require a computer.
