I play blues rock like floyd, shadows, we say so, it is a replica of the 50 I need .... BUT ... sound even when microphones are fairly limited, lacking in the lower chest, no finesse in the treble, in short, change of emergency ... what I did ...
So I mount the fender 57/62, and my good lady ...!!! Ben has changed everything! all that was missing with the original pickups suddenly appear in the bottom of my ears ... the trunk in the bass, treble and end well Submitted medium and well pronounced in short, the true sound of a typical strat ... no doubt, he had to change all a. ..

I also tried with EMG DG20 Gilmour plate, well, you know, I felt that David Tait in me ... Digitech RP350 on the branch with the emulation and simulation Dynacomp HIWATT I sound you can hear on Shine on you crazy diamond version Pulse ...

So I put a note just because of this infrieure ngatif microphones ...

    OVERALL OPINION

I use it for almost a year, and I would not change it for anything else, I am even tempted to take a second (in black) for two tones diffrent ...

Recommended for anyone who wants to be a legendary and versatile instrument in the hands ... Vive Fender and sries Classic ....

    OVERALL OPINION

So that's the big question! How long? It is an instrument that I bought there over a year, to complete my collection. I do not shut up never used, until the week goes! I still used my Start in frne, Custom54 team of 'all lights on my 50Watts. Then I decided this instrument out of its torpor, believing me to find some sort of face espce mxicaine of standard microphones with shit, a violin approximate and finishes mdiocres. The guitar is pretty lgre, it's a little gadget ... The plate is curled up, the knobs are loose, the paint appears thin and fragile, and varnish the handle is a bit sticky. In short, I have a lot of this instrument priori bought only "for show" among the others (Flying V 69, SG93, dobro, Les Paul, Start and my honey blonde CHRI, with which I play , all the same). I do know is hontuex, but what do you want, I ftichiste and my psychothrapie is still not finished ... ouarf ouarf!
Finally, I therefore take this "thing" blue hand, a lgre ddain pout face, and I branch, some rglages, like race - a little concave, bridges, harmonics, height microphones, as long as the amp heats ... Voil Instrument rgl amp hot, there's more than that! And l. .. Fucking crying out loud! This skyscraper is magic! She has the fire! Fire! With capital letters and everything ... My rglages? All the knobs of legalization in the middle, neutral position, no gain, a bit of reverb (that of the amp), no effects or other multi pdalier. Really, this instrument is magical: The sound of the great years is the the feeling, the mind is the Panard! A force play, the varnish of the handle lgrement heating, and becomes soft, it's exploded! At this price, I tell everyone: Do not hesitate, if you like blues, rock limits the beginners, this is a must.
I think my thrapie is nearing completion ...

I come back a year and a half later ... I always Classic'50 (ct is me, the small CHRI). Sparer impossible for me! I shut that off with a priori, had bought in 2005 without use it for a year ... Now, no question of playing on something else! I have however made some changes to facilitate the daily use: the plate first. The original one ply corrugated too, floating above the pickups, so I opted to replace it with a 3-ply Mint Green. The spirit remains, the look seems to be more successful. Then I also remplacles knobs by US Mexican, finest, both in handling and in the rglages ... More prcis. I added two vibrato springs from three five springs, for better holding of the agreement. Unlike what I read on the issue, the problem of accuracy of this instrument is not related to the same mcaniques in them, but rather the rigidity of the vibrato, and Manir to fix the ropes on mcaniques. This rgl I can torment the vibrato of my fill, nothing happens! And end of the end, I replaced the pickups by: Custom'54 a neck and bridge position, a Texas Special Middle position. Cot of the instrument 600. Cot plate and knobs: 50. Cot of microphones OCCAZ ': 150 with the port ... The springs, 1.50 pice. For 800, you end up with an instrument qualmits exceptional. Friends who play on US MODELS signatures are expensive really surprised by this little sister, who really just a large. The violin has not changed one bit, the frets are quality (I play every day, and wear is less important in particular, as some Asian sries alloys trsmdiocres ). This scratching pte! Both visually and acoustically to. The handle is a comfort, and many bends in the same rgl del 15me of the box are possible - in fact I do not deny. Allie my old 50 watt lamps, and my TS808, the effect is formidable. I do not put as 10, no 11!

And the slap, I have here the stratum, all positions are usable with a warmth and a grain, the volume and pitch are progressive and can really élargire the sonic palette.

    SOUNDS

First position (neck pickup), the sound is full and defined with very great serious, position two, the sound is Christalin (for a wonder arpeggios) are the three position has more than medium, but it is very warm, position four, another for his chritalin funk, small casseroles or rithmiques ..., position five. is the least successful in my taste in terms of using its clear, but it ensures saturated!

    OVERALL OPINION

I have owned for many years a 57 reissue US, I was sold a time when I was playing more acoustic music. Guitar very endearing, I wanted to find a style but for a budget "reasonable" and well honestly, I will not say that 50 is the classic 57 reissue, it's over, I do not regret my old American who had much less grain and sustain my little Mexican! and the one I keep!

    SOUNDS

-It is ideally suited to my style of music, ie 70 years of Rock (Dire Straits, Pink Floyd, ZZ Top, ACDC), except that the overdrive is pretty low (tt case with my amp, an Eko HPE 30 Watts ). So I use a distortion pedal. I get a very precise distortion, perfect for what I look like her.
-Amp: Eko HPE 30 (click to view) ( http://www.priceminister.com/offer/buy/53707758/Eko-Hpe-30-Ampli-Guitare-30-Watts-Instrument.html ) . It is a bit old, but very powerful.

    Distortion-pedal: Behringer UM 300 ( https://www.woodbrass.com/BEHRINGER%2BUM300%2BPEDALE%2BD%27EFFET%2BULTRA%2BMETAL ) .

"I love all the sounds of this guitar ...

I put 9 because the overdrive which is pretty low.

    OVERALL OPINION

I use it for almost 1 month.
"I love everything about this guitar, except maybe the fact that the selector pickups a little discomfort, but it has to come from me, because I'm alone in saying that. But just move the hand of 1cm, and it's done.
"I had a BC Rich Warlock before buying it, and I tried a Gibson SG, an Epiphone Lespaul, and a Yamaha Pacifica.
Paid-€ 800 new, I find the price / quality ratio more than adequate. Moreover, by purchasing, I felt ripped off Fender was done (I'm kidding lol).
-With experience, this choice I would do without hesitation.

    UTILIZATION

Handle very very agragble, not too wide, perfect frets.
CASC is very good to acute.
    The interface is ... that of a Start: A model, a must! ^ ^
A bit heavy (nothing really Gnant) (I expected it to be more lgre but good) is when even more Lger my bass.
The sound is easy to obtain: plug the guitar! <img class="smiley" src="https://fr.audiofanzine.com/images/audiofanzine/interface/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt="wink" />
    <img border="0" alt="" />

    SOUNDS

I was looking for an electric guitar to compose and play standards: Beatles, Stones, etc..

I do not have much effect: a TC Electronic distortion, tremolo Marshallet compressor T-Rex.
The sound is crystalline, a sound "Buddy Holly", especially in bridge pickup!
In neck pickup, with a slight crunch is gnial!
It's the sound that I prefer. For cons, the microphone is not my mid prfr.

The pickups are decent, good output level, no snoring.
But for the sonority my "ten" is justified by the vibrato! The best vibrato I've ever had in hand. If you play with it in hand is Hank Marvin who invites himself home ... <img class="smiley" src="https://fr.audiofanzine.com/images/audiofanzine/interface/smileys/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="biggrin" />

    OVERALL OPINION

    I have since early July.
I like the design (like Fender) and the color, blue sky, the sound (distortion, too), and anything! It takes a long time the agreement covers: Mechanical good.
I put more screws for the pickguard but hey, it's even qd.

The report is very good qualitprix: 719 gross price including VAT and 498 from a dealer very experienced Internet.
    - With the exprience, you do again this election? not know, actually, I had to buy a Fender Esquire (Telecaster microphone) and unavailable at ... Thomann.
So I turned down bin on the Start but not the Standard series, this one!

But I am far from regretting, I love it!

It is a real Strat-not a "strat-half" or "strata of the poor" - it sounds like a real Start and shit, it's just a Start except that it has manufactured t mexico. I would put a 10 without even consider price.

    SOUNDS

Moving from an Ibanez Fender Classic Series is like going to a Renault a Mustang, it is better inside, we feel what has in the belly, we feel that we can go faster, and to be Frankly, it is the dough a bit.
In short, it's hot, it's singing, it's comfortable, it's just that the people demand.
I play a Laney LC15r, a lil while lamp really good too, we pass a clean and chattering at the same time warm, has a nice little crunch to finish in Overdrive or guitar speaks to the best of its shape. So it's not really an instrument intended to metal, but more like the blues, rock but remains extremely versatile.
I read that some critics micro base, I, t even a bit due to beginners, but some rglages APRS, they liked to watch the final t convincing.

    OVERALL OPINION

It is ultimately a very good guitar, probably the best one of the best Mexican. She did not blush to meet amricaines which are sometimes overestimated (in price and in their notorit.
It is findable at lower cot knew Thomann 489 and is very demand these days.
She has an excellent quality so taken.
Finally, what I like least in her Relva of aesthetics, it caches microphones and aged white buttons, but it was easily changed if like me you do not.

very simple, easy to play, good level of finish.

It is clearly oriented 50 s texas .... if you know what I mean ... sound south. Ideal example to play "if love is a red dress" ... with my old amp lamp ... too good.

Slight imbalance (wanted) for the re cords and ground (studs nearest microphone).

    Magnificent.

I bought it as new 300 euros ... I still buy if you have any.

In any case, a safe bet ... in 40 years it is 3000 (just kidding) and an instrument of high quality.

Its lightness is normal for a Strat. The guitar is comfortable to play sitting or standing. Access to the upper frets is ok, except with the higher, fatter strings.

    SOUNDS

This guitar fits my music style perfectly. Red Hot Chili Peppers is not a problem, nor Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones or Shadows, this guitar was made to rock! Don't expect to get a real high-gain tone even if the results with distortion are good.
I play with a Vox AC 30 so I get excellent clean and crunch tones. I like all pickup combinations (neck for Red Hot Chili Peppers, bridge for Shadows and middle position for all other styles) but I find the middle pickup has not enough character. I will replace the pickups with Fender 57/62 to get a real early-Stratocaster sound.

    OVERALL OPINION

I've been playing the Classic 50 for one year and I can't seem to get bored.
The value for money is good and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.
