Fender Deluxe Lone Star Stratocaster [2007-2013]

I play professionally and I paid around $900 new. I bought it to play rock and blues but I have used it to play country as well.

It has a variety of tones and is very fat . I like its playability and the integrity of the construction.

Like most strats it is noisy in some venues and a real shocker when playing poorly grounded outdoor concert stages.

Mine is vintage white and it keeps fading which is cool but I'm not sure thats intended. It is a very durable guitar and stays in tune very well. I did block the tremelo somewhat and switched out the springs for a stronger guage as recomended by the tech who set it up for me . I also adjusted the pickups to get the balence I like .

I have over 25 guitars and I love this guitar and will play it for many years to come. When we do blues or raock gigs it dominates all other guitars present . It can be nastier , bigger and more authoratative.

Get one , you will dig it .

Handle "C" key, Maple and vibrato "vintage".
The maple neck has a rosewood key hit more enjoyable.

Eventually I may opt for mechanical locking and again?

I also have the same model Roadhouse finish that I love ...

UTILIZATION

The handle is very nice ...
A boulevard blues and jazz rock but it also finds its place.
It's a very versatile and comfortable strat ... I repeat myself but strat magic ..
Mechanical, microphones and vibrato are up with a good performance of the agreement. Texas Special pickups TM offer a distinctive and very warm grain.

With the addition of two seymour it greatly enhances the possibilities ..

SOUNDS

A decent sound palette Strat U.S. (2 to 3 times more expensive sometimes).

On my Line6 DT 25, It sounds beautifully, ditto on blackstar ...

On my Pod HD admittedly "very critical" .... I get all the sounds I need.

OVERALL OPINION

While a U.S. that's fine but this one, I particularly recommend it for its "unbeatable" value for money. Congratulations to the "makers" Mexicans paid less then the job is well done.

Want a very good strat, reasonably priced, take one ... The finish is very good, the microphones, the look ....

I have excellent guitars: Godin, Takamine, Ibanez etc ... but again this guitar has any single thing that we love the strat ... Whatever their level of practice ....

UTILIZATION

I confirm the other reviews on the use really nice with perfect stability, never parasitic vibrations and excellent balance, on the other hand when making a "palm muting" based on the first button gene strings a bit, but c is inherent in the strato form.

SOUNDS

Bright, saturated, or reverb, rendering is very clean and powerful
I use a Marshall MG15 amp

OVERALL OPINION

Purchased for 2 months.
Unlike her with my telecaster outweighed the worst position of the buttons a bit too close to the ropes.
I'm more comfortable with the profile c (v on the telecaster)
For those who preferred the roadhouse is almost identical but with one micro texas instead of Humbucking and a clear round.
I do not think there is a better quality / price ratio for the time, version "fire" costs € 40 more than the black or white versions.
To increase the fun game you will have to invest much more comparable to models worth double.

I do not regret my choice.

UTILIZATION

The handle is a pure joy! We feel well in hand (form C) n it is not at all like the classic 60 series which is to my taste too bcp Venis thus providing a very unpleasant effect of adhesion! it is not far from all this! Perfect for play with the thumb on top (amateur jimi you understand!) polishing small flat on the freight that had to be done on a Friday after noon RTT! but good flick of the 000 steel wool and it's ok .
the sunburst contrary to what I have been able to read is not a fake, we can see the grain of the wood (at least on mine) it is quite progressive like me who usually do n this finish, I'm excited.
Ergonomics for the bin is a Start!! she weighs the weight matron! attention rather choose the comfort strap (not the dog!) that trend!
j 9 a dish because of polishing frets! (yes I know it's hard but I need to have!)

SOUNDS

This guitar is awesome for the blues like a blunt Chris Duarte, SRV and other minstrels electrified! I plug into my little Blues Junior with a modified HP C12N Jensen JJ Tesla and lamps, it passes through a Vox V847 wah (the old US stews not now) in a Jekyll and Hyde ... and! is the carnage! of the departure day I turned the strings of rotten roots (9-42 or 46!) bling bling bling!
jy and I stuck my girlfriends DR PURE BLUES 11/50 half a tone lower and the children! texas special ropes New! take cover it opens the chat! clean sounds waouuuu s in my walls still remember (it's not a song like that? is a non-s recall sheets! ooops dsl) nice bass though fleshy treble c is the ice pick and mediums ben texas special force is a delight! crunch is in the rapture and the SRV fans will be delighted if you go up the gain to be careful it is not for the metal and yes it may drool!
the difference in volume between the single and double is obvious therefore takes a little lower the height of the double

OVERALL OPINION

I wanted this machine because i am connected texas blues and other RHCP, Ben Harper ... So j not want a Start that sounds clean! it will be changed I will turn to a simple double texas special in acute and change the pickguard for a black (yes I know that is reminiscent of another guitar to a guy with a hat but I looking for something soft and discreet) mechanisms do not pack m but hey it's just matter of taste Kluson the bcp are more practical and reliable.
money issue is the fire I have commanded a price of www.dv247.com crazy! 470 euros!! I would do a thousand times this choice just for the handle and the quality of the microphones, but good try the texas special because its not like the bin indicates that special and it has not please everyone
in short day in've tried tons of strata before and Mexico did not really a shame for the quality of those shovels! In any case, the deluxe!
