The DT-770 PRO is a reference in the headphones. It insulates well from the outside, for the work is top of the instrument for hours without ear fatigue or the sound before correction. All ways, mixing with headphones is not advisable at risk with it having an unbalanced mix.
I do not regret this purchase full well that the AKG K271 studio that I own as well, but that a more accurate dynamic response in medium / high but also more tiring for extended listening.
In the end, I more often use this DT-770.
I recommend it, but hear it before because it's soft and cozy

I use this headset for 3 or 4 years. It is robust and velvet earpads are nice. It does not compress the head but can be hot.

I have version 250 ohms. It is also available as 80 ohms. It is marked on the side of the headphones. Compared to my AKG K271 studio, the sound is smooth and relaxed listening. It is not tiring prolonged listening. Understand that the mid / highs are never garish. It is on the synths and drums, but less so for the sound of an acoustic guitar that will appear to be duller. So mef not add treble to compensate and end up with a final mix too loud.
The stereo image is good. I mainly used to control the placement of instruments and balance in volume. 250 ohms version asks a good amp, not a walkman, if the apparent low volume.

I just bought this DT770pro Limited Edition 32ohms and then I let my mind. This headphone may seem a simple version of the legendary 32ohms 250ohms DT770pro with a straight cable 1.6m, nay. The sound is more linear, as not neutral but we forget the sawteeth of DT770pro (which has a recess in the lower midrange). There is almost straight, I would even say that it is the mediums and treble are somewhat lagging behind. In fact they are low and low-méiums that are a little too generous. The highs are not pushy or acids, they have their rightful place. In the end we own a headphone which is pretty loaded in the bottom of the sound spectrum, much like DT990pro. The DT770proLE32ohms is a headphone that hits, it has a punch of thunder, attention to deafness! but it has the merit of being clear and alive as his. This headset is great for listening to rap, electro, and funk for example, the mix may be possible but not easy in my opinion.
Because of the surplus of severe fatigue and it brings I do not put the maximum rating, 9/10.

The Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO is a pair of closed circumaural headphones that are designed to be used in the studio to mix music with. The first thing that I noticed with the DT 770 PRO is how comfortable they are, I have had these on my head for over 5 hours straight before and couldn’t even tell they were on my head at all. They can be easily adjusted to fit your head size and the ear cup cushioning is very soft and feels nice around your ears. The cost of these headphones is spot on with the quality they provide. I would choose these headphones over any other headphone monitors in this price range any day. The DT 770 PRO has a single sided cable so you don’t have to worry about having two cables running down (but sometimes that can get awkward depending on how you are sitting because you will notice one side is pulling down or a little heavier than the other size is).
The bass in the DT 770 PRO is amazing; it is really clean with no distortion. I was so happy when I heard some of our music in these headphones because I realized this is exactly how I wanted our listeners to hear our music. The mids fill out and sit well in the DT 770 PRO and the highs are clean and sharp but not to piercing on the ear.
The frequency response is 5 Hz to 35 kHz and the impedance is 250 ohms. The cable that comes with the DT 770 PRO can be stretched out to about 10 feet long which is a great length for studio use. The DT 770 PRO do not come with a case or a soft pouch for them though, I just use a different pouch with them from a cheaper pair of headphones. I have been using these for 4 years now and I will never get rid of them. I just actually bought my 3rd pair this past April.

Did you tried many other models before buying it? no, I wanted a keg from a good brand. I use it to return the headset microphone, the repaisse is low, so it suits me perfectly.

I have this headset for 6 or 7 years. The headphone I was advised by a specialist in t the audio hardware for an application prcise. Namely, taking voice in the studio and work in the background. This headphone makes good service in a small studio without cab in order to record the voice without a headphone repisse sound of singing into the microphone because the acoustics of the headphone is in the outer spare.
