I bought it to create my music at night. The problem is that the next day on my 40 cm focal speakers, everything was incomprehensible.

I bought a Sony headset Mdr7505 almost at the same time to walk me because the DT 770 is too big on the head which when placed on the neck. It turned out that when I create my music with my night lol the result the next day on my speakers is already closer to what I heard during the night with the DT 770.

Result, I try to sell my dt, which suddenly is no longer anything.

I recommend to create music at night, in my experience. This is only my opinion. Especially the focal cms 40 are surely not the ultimate precision tool. But ... perfection does not exist

I use it for 2 days
is the first time I use a headphone that level and it's pretty amazing how each instrument stands out, the bass is ample but not invasive, non-aggressive treble and not really his nasillards.Le equilibrated . But before I had a headphone senneihser semi-pro but is not really the same category ...
I bought it more for a closed headphone better suited to taking settings sounds
150 in a headphone, it makes expensive but I think it is not the problem (my senneihser already cost 120 and the difference is really obvious ....)

I just received this morning the pro DT770 (250 ohm version).
I used the cost of disks and mixing, trs Obviously not, and I think I will complter APRS longer use.

I find this REALLY excellent headphone. First of all comfort: it is enjoyable to trs headphone closed soft (thank you velvet), and discreet. He remains on the ears and knows how to be discreet, despite my glasses and my hair band.
Ngatif single point: the twisted cable is not very practical.

In sound: I redcouvre my records! The bass is powerful without excs, full range frequency drives seems clear. Really means everything, the DT770 does not forgive.

Essay as having low-end headphones and an old Sennheiser HD420, Sennheiser and HF, Beyer is well above. Pay 150 euros, including shipping, I definitely do it again this choice.

Beware impedances!

I had held a small listening session comparative hd 25, sony both 7506 and 7509, the AKG K271 and Beyer DT770.
Without going into details, I went on the DT770 for comfort listening, and his response although somewhat exaggerated in low and medium BF. But I told myself as having too much than not enough bf (compared to the K271). Sony out of the race because of their high hump in the medium, 25 hd too bad ears (!), And the AKG K271 defined but not enough bf.

Then I realized that the DT770 80ohms version existed, so I ordered.

The result felt a filter on the hf (completely absent!), Far too low and medium bf (much more than the 250ohm version).

Hypothesis: different response of the headphone amplifier according to the impedance of the headphones.

So .... I will try to send it to beyer their version 80 ohms, which sounds not the same thing, and then make me return a 250 ohm version.

again, the difference in practice the impedance is not obvious. The knob was almost the same level racing
(For the same noise level) on a 80 and a 250! (How are they in beyer?!)

I like the sound that goes down well in the lower ... Its powerful and somewhat mesmerizing! The velvet ear ...

On electro, one feels the lack of mediums even when ... bcp and there's low ... This can be a heavy boom boom on some of the dance, techno ... etc.
You feel a little need to use a qualiseur sometimes (weaker bass on some tracks, increase the mediums)
