40 watt lamp. 1 Hp eminence 12pouces

UTILIZATION

Ultra simple. 2 channels that are a bit redundant. Plus: a switch "more brightness," which brings a little more banging.

SOUNDS

I tested this amp extensively by comparing the vox cc2, vox in AD 50 and Fender Hot Rod Deluxe (40 watt lamp. My goal was to "link" to the multi effects pedal Vox Tonelab LE.

Verdict: Blues Deluxe comes in fourth position. Of course it's a personal opinion. I play a Fender Start US ash. I'm a fan of fender including their crystal clear sound. But here, the lens is deaf. For solos it sounds pêchus arpeggio chorus but it is far from a twin reverb. The vox are two plain front.

The amp has good bass but again the lack of clarity for me. I can not find fender. The hot rod to me is more balanced. Same good bass, warm sound and clarity. In addition there is an overdrive channel, the blues away. Although it must be repeated the distortion is not the strong point of fender.

About marriage with the pedal is average. Effects such as the octave or modeling amps go moderately well with the lamps.

OVERALL OPINION

That said, it's still a great amp but not at the cost sold. 400 Euros on occasion is OK! Fans of the fender, you may not see you there!
