7w/15w amp lamps equipped with 3 knobs: Volume, Tone, Gain. A bowl of 12 "Celestion. You can not do more straightforward. Perfect for awesome sound.
For simplicity and efficiency settings: 8 (no more because you have to get used to the beast and I put myself in the place of a beginner)

UTILIZATION

Simple configuration, the manual is largely dispensable. We get a good sound easy, provided you have a good instrument equipped with microphones correct. This amp really respect the personality of each guitar. You need to have good equipment, the Tiny Terror is not really suitable for beginners. CAUTION: You can get beautiful clean tones but with a slight grain (mono channel with gain adjustment), which suits me (I do not really like the Fender clean tones).
9 because its use is easy, and it's easily changed. There are no knobs 3000 (I do not like the gas machines ^ ^).

SOUNDS

I mainly play rock, blues, funk, and this amp perfectly fulfilled its role. It is perfect for a fat with a beautiful natural overdrive. The tone control is sensitive and provides a good range of sounds.
I have 4 guitars that all have a unique character that this amp is well worth. Epiphone G400 a Korean that sounds so evil with Bare Knuckle Black Dog, a Fender Telecaster with vintage microphones, which sounds so brilliant with a twang groovy pseudo strato house with microphones kind texas blues, which gives a well country / blues and finally, a Hagstrom Super Swede rise Gibson Burstbucker # 3/Classic '57 can go ogle the side of this small jazz combo!
The Tiny Terror agrees very well the effects, and even my Big Muff Pi (a pedal that shipments gain much greasy is capricious and as you put the gear behind) with a vintage tremolo and gain 11 or 12 you can get a super cool sound to The Sonics (Rumble ^ ^).
What I like is its super natural crunch which allows me to send my overdrive over (I never play in pure clean, I prefer to use the guitar volume, hence the choice of this single channel combo).

A 10 because it suited my game and the type of music that I like (if I was looking for versatility, I put a 6 or 7).

It has a good gain (British) but not really for the modern metal (although you can swing a Seek and Destroy without pedal if you have good humbuckers!).

OVERALL OPINION

I've had about 7 months, he is perfectly replace my Fender Champ 25 Se (a combo hybrid preamp and power tube transo) who had not a great overdrive. What I like most is its grain and its really typical vintage you get. It respects the personality of each guitar. Power issue, it sends the block as they say, playing with musicos normal (not a drummer nag) can ensure a good suffer repeated failure without sound ^ ^ (it would be a shame with this combo taking off all the same wallpapers!).
What I tend to regret is the lack of spring reverb, which requires at least always have this pedal for a more consistent swing and a little less dry (yes I like the reverb).

SOUNDS

I've had it now 3 months, I bought it because I had prior to a rocker 30 of the same brand and I loved the sounds but it was really too heavy!
finally I prefer the tiny terror in sound because more raw and authentic, I feel like I rediscovered my guitars (strato, MusicMaster 78 ', and jagstang!)
a warm sound that can be pushed to its limits ... I love the amp as well transcribed tutes the nuances of the game!
I've tried other guitars above (sg junior p90, strato 50 ', gretsch white falcon) and I've never been disappointed!

OVERALL OPINION

amp with a real good value for money even if it's a bit more expensive than the competition, the sound is LA!
I had a lot of other tube amps before this one, but the tiny represents for me the best compromise sound / power / space
I would do without any hesitation that choice!
it lacks an effects loop into a perfect amp

This is another interesting amp from Orange. It looks like there is an amp head on top of this speaker box which is the control panel. To there seems to be a lot of wasted space with this control panel but oh well. I am wondering if they kept more wood on it then metal control panel, would it make any difference in the tone? Either way though it does sound amazing!

SOUNDS

Volume tone and gain is all you need sometimes and this amp is as easy as it gets. There isn't a reverb or effects loop of EQing or any other thing to get in the way. Just give me how much volume and how much gain and a one control sweeping EQ parameter and I will be able to dial in a great tone. With Orange amps there isn't too much to worry about because they sound just superb.

I love the way Orange amp sound with a Gibson Les Paul in front of it. There is a tone that is so reminiscent of the old 70's a;bums that bring a smile to my face. Something magical happens when the two hook up together.



OVERALL OPINION

At new these amps come in at around $860, which may be a bit high for some people with the simplicity of this amp but its not made in China which is a plus. So you will pay a bit extra but you know the quality of workmanship that Orange staff put into their amps is all there.

UTILIZATION

not looking for versatility, this is not the concept of this amp.
c super to work for either, or even repeated.
attention is very powerful and holds the road side of head 100 watts
readily obtained a good sound (along with 3 buttons and seen the concept that there is interest to be effective)

SOUNDS

then regarding the sound:
there is only one channel for a clean so you have to play with the volume of the guitar, it's not a nice clean fenderien (far from) but it suits me.
disto question, AC sends dry, you can go from a slight crunch quite warm at high volume has a distortion with the gain fairly thoroughly surly and very present.
it's really big rock show typed metal (but not extreme)
coupled to a speaker 2 * 12 Framus c turie the total. we rediscover the sound (over lack of bass at high volume).

OVERALL OPINION

it's worth it but it depends on what research (if it's not worth versatility c)
the fact that there is only one channel may disturb some more cash it badly effects except for a boost.
I love this single grain; I lent to a mate who has a branhé 2 * 12 Framus. He has played next to a singl correct head and I preferred the texture of the orange and its accuracy. I must be crazy!
I Refer this choice despite my penchant for huge engl then I will probably eventually engl screamer combo.
