Problem connecting instrument cable to channels

I took a video of my problem https://streamable.com/81715

I was able to record a moment ago until I reconnected the instrument cable. Now I only see the green light for either channel when I connect and disconnect the cable, as well as turning the gain to the max and powering on the Scarlett.
