UTILIZATION
It can stand on its own!
As this was my first synth, the manual is useful for getting started, especially since there are two volumes, the first one to quickly access all functions of the beast, and a second to explore the depths ... Manual clear, well translated and easy to use.
The touch screen is when you taste = hard to do without! Navigation is quick and easy.
SOUNDS
The piano sounds are zero, the layers are too varied, for against the lead synth sounds are great, many effects and effective, and surprising sounds convincing enough, the guitars are immaculate, the strings correctly. We can do everything, but especially electronics. For vintage sounds fill the map EXPCM 5 fans! and gives breath to the instrument if necessary.
As against the keyboard is OK but no more.
OVERALL OPINION
I used it as is with a wiring noon with a digital piano for 4 ½ years, with which one can realize a project from A to Z that takes the road. It may be sufficient on its own. Given the excellent value for money. Only downside, after a year of use = the joystick was deficient (back of the controller that did not return completely to its initial position), but no problem SAV 3 years
