AIRA will include 4 products:
The TR-8 Rhythm Performer, a rhythm machine with TR-808 and TR-909 sounds but with new sound tweaking abilities.
The TB-3 Touch Bassline, a bass synthesizer featuring sounds from the TB-303 and a pressure-sensitive touchpad.
The VT-3 Voice Transformer, which Roland says can “alter Pitch and Formant and can introduce Vocoder, Synth, lo-fi and other heavily processed vocal sounds into studio tracks and live performances.”
The SYSTEM-1 PLUG-OUT Synthesizer, which not only has its own soundest, but can control and host software recreations of classic Roland synths.
Roland did not announce pricing, but said the products would be available in the second quarter of 2014. For more information, visit https://www.rolandus.com
