SOUND QUALITY

I bought it for relaying a piezo pickup that had no preamp and I was loins of the table.
it does its job, the sound was clean
RAS is stupid but it do its job for it to be forgotten! it is transparent

OVERALL OPINION

I have 4 years, I've tried more expensive without being able to make the difference braying (but with a good sound stagepass it also makes no more difficult and expensive than Plüq PA DI, c is not serious!

I would do this choice

Di assets of the Honourable mark the first Behringer. The DI is powered by phantom power or from your table or by a 9v battery with door access very easy.
It is an imitation "cheap" in the BSS AR133 of. So we find all the specificities of the famous blue duck boxes.

SOUND QUALITY

I survolerais history of problems breathing. Because too many things into account fits into a string sound and I would retain that DI is used as troubleshooting or scene "emergent". The material shows generally sound with some "gaps" in the quality of the signal. (Hard to be polite!).
The DI is a preamp box!

I have two in 2002 and none so far HS.
I do not used for troubleshooting or repeat low cost.
As I said, we must consider the case of DI as a preamp and this is where you become demanding.

Most: its price.
Minimum: the attenuators next to the jack which is pressed on a pad sometimes by connecting a jack. Guaranteed success! Fortunately, a simple modification (which we find the description on the net, maybe even on AF) avoids this trouble.

- Have you tried many other models before buying it?
When purchasing, we tested and compared to the store with another box. A DOD, I think. The cost was within 120 euros. Verdict: Not much difference. Its a little rounder and warmer for the DOD and its more clear and crystal-clear for Berhinger.
The DOD may be justified for a low, for example. But for electro-acoustic guitars, the Behringer is even better for 4 times cheaper!
Note that the test was conducted with pregnant console Mackie 15 JGL eon G2.
