OVERALL OPINION

Bought used 4 years ago for 5000frs (with turbokit), I will never tire of this little jewelry.
The sound is great, I even slightly modify (their wave) as I see fit to ateindre of its almost perfect. There are so many possibilities .....

It is a poly synth, multi 16 in standard and multi 16/poly and up to 32 Turbokit version.

UTILIZATION

That particular machine as initially but got used to it quickly. Editing sounds is not very complicated and MIDI routing is fairly simple as logic. (Just remember the meter mode on the menu midimerge general)
Ergonomics is nice for the possibilities (my taste more sense than the K2000's competitor at the time)

SOUNDS

We must let the generalemen low pass filter with cutoff background without resonance when it is no need, gives more presence to the sound when we cut the filters (when the sound cut the filters may seem a medium ).
The filters are on the principle of analogical modeling, they are not clean and beautiful (but much better than some digital machine rescentes more) they are but if you want 12dB/oct of 24, simply doubling the parameter setting of a filter on the other.
For me, the multi-effect is not great but hey I once used the delay.

the machine is not very dmonstrative preset with original, but when editing is s'aperoi the machine has a huge potential and synthesis quality (you can saturate the filters metan gains bottom).

OVERALL OPINION

The machine is very complete and vraimen practice both in master keyboard in Expender etc.. It is a machine and pointed the general belief that no er the expected success and the era injustemen mconnu actuellemen.
I sample the analog and drums on my EmulatorIIIXP I edit, loop etc then I sent in SDS in the S2 and it works great.
Personally, I buy the machine in 12900F00 in 1993 and added to Turbokit 3500F00 (3 months salary for me then). I do not regret my purchase and I do it again this choice (but OCCAZ because now he is out of date the award l.

This is a master of keyboard HIGH quality trs. The keyboard is not touch heavy, but it is trs good quality if compared to other products of the same nieveau. May be missing some dynamics. MIDI is still the flexibility to day hui trs impressive.

UTILIZATION

I have not had a problem in the use of this product. I think (unlike other reviews I read on the Internet) it is fairly simple, great opportunities for trs configuration of the machine.

SOUNDS

The acoustic sounds are not exceptional. The synthetic sounds are still good day hui trs. Too bad the dynamics of the DAC is not exceptional and there is a loud noise (but still acceptable) output.

OVERALL OPINION

I bought this synth 8 years ago and I am still satisfied with TRS, even if I was wearing my requirements recently purchased a piano for a keyboard numrique heavy 8 octaves. I think this product is worth more than its bargain price and has not had the success it deserves the era.

OVERALL OPINION

Excellent keyboard (especially since you can find the 6000F was used, I bought a few years ago 14000F).

The turbo option is essential to have more sounds and features. The sounds are generally good, especially for analog synths which the S2 has an excellent tone.

Very good for synth sounds, slightly less for the reproduction of acoustic instruments (eg guitars and drums).

The highlight of the S2 is its extremely user-friendly operating system with its large backlit display that can be enough to illuminate the room. The editing features are extremely advanced, the sequencer is very powerful, even the functions noon. The 7 sliders allow you to change all parameters of sound in real time, while the sequencer is running for example.

With the extension turbo, sounds can be loaded into memory by midi cable from a computer (Sample Dump Standard), which is very convenient. Many other wonders in the interior.
