I combine this for 9 months and I've tried a few yamaha, tama and other Mapex store has 900 euros and there's no new photos!

This is a mid-range model built in the 90s in two versions (s class c class and maple) and will be replaced by the Pro Class S and S Classix.
The main difference is the wood used: the old version's class is a mixture of maple and birch, and the new s class contains only maple maple.
Also note that the old version was assembled in Germany.

Its level is a powerful drumkit. I have a kit 20x16 "10x9" 12x10 "14x16", a "small" kit with a floor tom deeper than wide, so that sound a little less serious, but "bigger". The whole is very enjoyable to play and record, but very harmonious together elements differ much.
It's easy to give, for it is evil against the agreement (which I believe is recurrent in sonor).

This is a midrange that pulls up, although the construction is uneven from one drum to another. The veins of my tom viola are perfect, those of medium tom suggest that the manufacturer has recovered Falls upscale. Well it sounds great so it's going. What's nice is that it's really the midrange and low end not disguised scrap a little more careful (brackets and deck fittings).
So we are way ahead of the Force series Bidule, but to fill the Delite, Hilite and company.

- How long have you use it?

for 1 year and a half, I used to work alone and for the concerts of my group.

- What is so special that you like most and least?

The sound quality is solid, the hardware systems are quite original, but very practical. The heads are split as well as more practical classisques rods, in case of loss of key can be set with the drums in one room, a car key, a screwdriver ... Funny short well thought out.
Upgrade its nothing to say it sounds terrible. I bought it equipped to pinstripe (yuck) but since I equipped with EC2 it sounds better already, I'll probably spend a thinner skins soon to let the drums sing.
The suspension system is also very practical, being able to mount the toms on the bass drum without it being drilled is also Ingenial.
The incovnients are: the inability to find the hardware replacement in case of breakage. And also the ball for the toms which is a simple bend (much like the pearl system), a spherical ball is still much more convenient.

€ 900 bought used in great condition to a 22/12/13/16 kit is a great value price I found for the drums of this quality
