DigiTech will launch in October two new Element and Element XP multi-effect pedals for guitar.

Both DigiTech Element and Element XP (with built-in expression pedal) are designed for guittar players who wish to expand their sonic arsenal, with 12 guitar amp simulations, 9 cab emulations, 28 stompboxes and various rhythms…

You’ll find effects inspired by the Ibanez TS-9 Tube Screamer, DOD 250, Boss DS-1 Distortion, Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Pi, or amp simulations based on the '57 Fender Tweed Deluxe, Twin Reverb, '68 Marshall Super Lean Plexi, '63 Vox AC 30, Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier and many more.

Other effects include a compressor, a 3-band EQ, flanger, phaser, tremolo, vibrato, chorus, rotary speaker, envelope filter, spring reverb, noise gate, and even an acoustic guitar simulation.

The Element XP features four additional effects to be controlled with the expression pedal (volume, Cry Baby wah wah, Whammy pitch shift…).

Both pedals include 100 factory presets and you can store your own setting to the 100 user memory slots.

Guitar players who need to practice of play with a rhythm accompaniment can use the 45 built-in drum tracks. A tuner is also on the menu.

The connection panel feature a guitar input and stereo output on 1/4" jacks as well as a headphone output and auxiliary input on 1/8" jacks. An Amp/Mixer switch gives you the ability to direct output for recording purposes or output to an amplifier.

Both pedals use an included power supply.

The DigiTech Element and Element XP will be available in October for the suggested retail prices of $119.95 and $159.95 respectively.
