For what purpose?
What is your config (Motherboard / CPU / Ram / Disk ,...)? For use of computer music mainly with a PC core 2duo 8500 3.16 GHz, 4GB ram, ASUS motherboard, hard disk maxtor.
UTILIZATION
The drivers are stable? Yes the drivers are very stable, I work with a latency of only 5ms, never crash contrary to what can read about some topics.
They are often updated? Yes the updates are regular.
What software do you use most often? I use Ableton Live 7 + 8 + Komplete + Kore 2 Maschine most of the time, everything turns to hair with exceptional sound quality, the CueMix is a pearl!
What latency you get? 5ms without crashing or otherwise, real happy!
GETTING STARTED
The installation is done it without problems? Yes, no problem, I plug in, installed the drivers, made the updates and everything started right away without any worries!
The general configuration is easy? Yes the config is simple and clear, again, a complete manual and French is available in pdf.
Have you experienced any incompatibilities? None ...
The manual is clear and sufficient? Clear
OVERALL OPINION
For how long have you been using it? I use it for over a year now, and every day I am even more pleased with this card because it fulfilled its role perfectly.
Did you try many other models before getting this one? Alesis Multimix 12 firewire, m-audio nrv 10 ps ... no camera outclasses the MOTU have any!
What is your opinion about the value for the price? Simply excellent.
Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice? Eyes closed.
