Thread Lost MIDI notes on Saffire Pro 24, OSX 10.7.5, Reason 7

I'm running Reason 7 on Mac OSX 10.7.5, and I'm having problems with the MIDI out on my Saffire Pro 24 dropping a lot of notes. Here's a screenshot I made of a straight 1/16th sequence at 108 bpm that should illustrate the problem:

Using my other MIDI interface (built into my Evolution MIDI keyboard), the same sequence plays back perfectly.

I've installed MixControl 3.2, and the firmware version of my Pro 24 is 1501. Let me know if there are any other version numbers I should look for.

Any idea if this is a driver issue or a hardware limitation?
