Hello everyone, it's my first post here so be gentle.

I recently got hold of 1st Generation Focusrite Scarlett 2i4, I got a new quad core PC so I thought I would get a new soundcard. On my old PC I had an M Audio 1010LT which worked great.

The Focusrite sounds great, however there are pops and skips to the sound which is causing issues recording and playback issues.

I'm running Windows 7 and Cubase 5.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
