VOX Amplification is offering consumer rebates on its ToneLab ST and ToneLab EX modeling pedals.
From June 1 through June 30, 2012, consumers in the US who purchase a new ToneLab pedal online or in-store from an authorized VOX dealer in the US can receive a $25 rebate (ToneLab ST) or $50 rebate (ToneLab EX).
As with all amps and pedals in the Valvetronix Series, the ToneLab EX and ST rely on a 12AX7 vacuum tube (valve) to capture the tone quality of a tube-driven amplifier.
Each pedal offers:
- 33 amp models; 11 cabinet models
- User/preset programs (200-EX; 100 – ST)
- “Song Presets” – each one created to capture the signature guitar tone of a well-known song (50-EX; 20-ST)
- A variety of effect types (45-EX; 25-ST)
- Line In for jamming along to CDs, MP3s, and other music sources
- A USB port, allowing a single cable audio connection to a computer’s digital recording software
The ToneLab EX also offers a personal monitoring system for backstage tweaking, editing and rehearsing – as well as programming – without the need for additional amps or equipment.
