USE

SOUND QUALITY

So I bought this delay about 25 €. I bought it because one of my groups demanded the use of a delay so very present (like The Wall intro or rhythmic U2). So I needed a delay, but at a low price, because I was not going to ruin me for a group! So I chose this delay FOR ITS PRICE and his VERSATILITY!

Indeed, a delay quality 25 € is almost impossible to find!

Both modes are very convincing!


Digital DELAY fashion is his job perfectly. Rehearsals are identical to the given, whether in overdrive or clean. In short, a digital delay in everything that is expected of him. There is no real color. It is relatively neutral, can be so cold that DD3 all fresh, but this may be due to the age of the pedal I bought. In short, a super accurate digital delay!

The ECHO method is still effective because it simulates a very expensive indeed, the famous analog delay!
I mainly use this method because I find it more alive than a digital delay, however, the use of digital fashion DELAY sometimes arises when I need to do my rehearsals to hear as much as possible.

So this delay is perfect for me because it allows me to oscillate between the two modes depending on whether I prefer to have a more colorful and discrete delay or delay this more and more neutral.

OVERALL OPINION

I've had a few days, I have not yet tested or live in or repeats, however, I would not hesitate to come to an edict after tested again (then live but it will take some weeks).

I was just browsing a local music store one day and came across this pedal and loved it instantly. The price was a bit steep at 145$ Canadian.

The pedal goes from 0.1 to 2.5 seconds of delay so this can give you some diverse range. The construction of the pedal is very strong and is similar to the durability of a boss pedal. The lock in knobs are a great feature so that you don't lose your precious settings well playing or transporting this pedal.

I found that the pedal can be a bit stiff when stomping on it so just stomp hard. So if you don't plan on really stomping a pedal then this isn't for you.

Built like a rock. They don't make pedals that much stronger then this.

If you are a serious guitarist then this pedal can be ideal for you. If you are an amature not in a band then this may be a bit useless for you. If you do decide to purchase the DE7 then don't pay anymore then I did for this pedal.

Paid $95 for it. The only time delay I had
was from a Zoom 505II unit. The time delay was
decent on the Zoom, but I wanted more.I think
time delay effect (for me) is important enough
for a dedicated unit.

I like the unit a lot. It has a large window
of delay times, from a few ms to 2.5 seconds.
Very good sound.

I can't think of anything that I don't like
about it.

Very well constructed. The buttons lock in
the down position which keeps them from getting
knocked around and your settings accidentally

This little box of wonder costed a good 70$ at guitar center. But I do love effects so.

This stomp box is a versitile tool for any style of music and level of wierdness you want. It features Time/Repeat/Level knobs and an alternating Delay/Echo switch. The echo is the best feature. Instead of just decreasing the level of the replayed sound, it also decreases the tone, which gives the effect of a train rolling away (which you can mimick almost perfectly with a little luck). The range of echo goes between 350 ms, to 2.8 s, not too shabby. It's solid as a rock as well.

There's not much to complain about this unit, except the price! I guess you could expect that from a digital delay, but boy howdy! And it seems to just eat up the batteries too...

Its a buff grey stompbox, with 3 knobs, a switch, and a trigger (the stomp, under which you load your battery). It has a power outlet thing, but you don't get the adapter with it.

This thing is perfect for adding just that extra something to any style of music.

Wanted to try out a Delay


This is probably the coolest effect pedal I have ever played (and I've played alot). I'm not going to go into what all this can do, but I will say that the push-lock knobs, dual outputs, and wide variety of sounds for this price make this pedal stand out from the crowd.


Eats batteries, use a power supply.



One word: TANK. These new Ibanez pedals are made to be stomped on.


This pedal kicks ass. I will be buying more Ibanez pedals in the future.

If you're thinking about getting the DOD analog delay, get this instead, this pedal does a lot more, and does it better, totally justifying the extra 10 or 20 bucks you'll be paying.

Ibanez is really known for their very inexpensive and budget friendly guitars as well as their TS9 deep screamer pedals. They probably have the most highly used in easily recognizable overdrive distortion pedals in the tube screamer. I do also do some great sounding effects pedals as well. One of those pedals is the stereo delay echo unit. This is a great little stereo delay that sounds great in front of an amplifier as well as in the effects loop of an amplifier.

SOUND QUALITY


Most delays sound pretty good overall. It's really hard to screw up a delay pedal for the most part. It's a very simple design but a highly effective unit in which many guitarists from all walks of life and every genre of music tend to use the delay in many of their songs. The delay can really make a break a sound the most the time it really elevates someone's playing and actually gives the guitarists a lot more comfortable sitting arrangement because of the delay repeats filling in many of the open spaces within the music. This is a great sounding delay and probably pretty inexpensive delay for most people's budgets.

The controls on this are very simple and explanatory. Get a delay time, a repeat, and delays level which controllers your overall mix or volume. You also have to toggle switches that allow you to dial in the springtime range and whether it's going to be in echo or delayed mode. You can get a lot a great sounding pedal for the money if you can find when used, they're a great little tool.

OVERALL OPINION

You can find them online and in many classified section on the internet. They usually hover right around 50 or $60 or so. That's a pretty good price for a great little sounding used or even new pedal. I seen these pedals online from some retailers for right at about $65 new. So for people on a budget this is a great sounding effect for your guitar rig.

Please note this is a really excellent pedals pedals. Notice all the hackers of this sounds like radiohead PDAL is for you. The ratio Q / P is honnte. I use 2 in series + aka a delay. I especially prfre echo function that blocks a note. The must is to modulate the note as if by magic, and so do the vritablement to sing like a unicorn draga a deer in a cave of its kind Lasco if I may say so. Also good are the two outputs Stros. We play on two amps, cut the first and the violonning becomes important.

I have a strato Japanese reissue 60 (excellent) & I play Rock / blues for many years.
I use it at the chain end (+ Boss OD2 Boss CH 2) to attack my amp Peavey Prowler (all lamps)

In my case, I do not use 100% of the style in which I play.

OVERALL OPINION

I've had little time. This is my Ibanez pedals Premire in such & I bought a lot - a Boss DD3 CHRE (not far from the double trs, CIS). We will use if it is solid (I have a Boss that only 15 + & walking 5 / 5).

Weaknesses:
The only complaint is the look a little Austre & sad. The old Ibanez pedals are very + enjoyable to watch.

The DE7 is a delay-echo.
This like all the Ibanez pedals of this series has the particularity of being able to return the knob to the pedals by simply pushing what keeps setting even when going over a jack.
I m used in the beginning of Chiana (c is the first) mode with a very short echo maximum to be able to repeat from the notes into a sort of feedback but instentanne adjustable by turning the speed.

Then c is the negative side of the pedal (and all those of the same series) the sound of the delay is ugly ad comparing other pedal as the boss or ibanez ad9 DD3 (old metal).

I tried this pedal for a good half hour when, after seeing the reviews on AF, I was ready to buy. well I can (try it before you DO NOT buy it) because it sounds really not. I preferred to save some and buy the super Ibanez AD9 analog, which itself looks like a delay (warm and deep guaranteed, just the opposite of that DE7)! short, if you do not throw 80 euros from the windows, do not buy this toy, for little more expensive, one can find much better OCCAZ!

I just acqurir for the scne and personal for me playing the dub is clearly a good investment! The possibilities of sounds psychs graces of the mod you tps tps rel delay in without frills are extra! While the sound is not as deep as the BOSS I also test but prices are not comparable! It's so nice to play out with 2 dry boxes that we are delighted with the pedals faster.

SOUND QUALITY
