Three controls: Distortion, Filter and Volume
LED red state in the A RAT
All Scriptures are fluorescent
the pots are prcis
it seems solid at first glance and it is
a trape closed by a screw for the ACCS battery that can be opened easily by hand
IN, OUT, and a switch (normal. ..)
and single point ngatif: 9V adapter as a mono mini jack, like on headphones, but when you're a little handy (like me) we manufactures an adapter to use the RAT with an adapter 9V classic
Oh and the RAT autocolant sympathetic history of the stick on his amp, his flight case and what we want to do some advertising ^ ^
UTILIZATION
Frankly simple, no manual in the box, but hey three rglages can not lose if
distortion: RULES saturation level (and yes it is a distortion of pedals!)
filter: kind of tonality in a way, we turn left and right in the treble is key for large grave very deep
volume: bah I think that the button refers to itself ...
you turn the pots in the direction you want, you plug, it supports diverse on swicht, is something red lights and voila remains that play
against it by not really made to be used in boost with the distortion of the amp!
SOUND QUALITY
It's perfect, prcise, the grain of the pedals is beautiful and the more it makes no noise!
super versatile it will overdrive the distortion of the well supported! you can play everything with it through the crunh to play stuff like blues, rock good saturation without forgetting its fuzz and hardrock and del ... I do not play mtal but I think it is not his area of prdilection, at least I did not try ...
The pallet of sound imprssionnante simply turn the filter knob to notice: we move from an aggressive and sharp when you're in the treble, a sound with a grain trs enjoyable, knob 12, for the impeccable rhythmic and percussive riffs (miam!), then something serious and round in deuxime half of the race
I find against by the end of the race knob almost unusable, too much bass and volume loss of sound, unless one wants to take to a low ...!
The Mieu is still going to try it in store
OVERALL OPINION
I ducoup for about 2 months I never left her, once we found these rglage that go into it very addictive!
this is my Premire of distortion pedals so I did not make a comparison with other but with the quality of the object it was worth every penny and I do not regret this purchase, I am height is everything I expected of such a reputable pedals! RAT!
I store notament try the Boss OD-3 cheaper but I prfr the sound of the TAR more polivalente
short of a trs good distortion pedals that will please some and not others is a sr: n'hsiterez you'll try it more!
I repeat this choice more than once if it was needed!
