Hi, I'm gonna buy some stuff to compose my home studio & quality of vocal recording is the most important thing for me. Now I write my system which I ve searched & decided to buy. But I'm not sure about this configuration, so I want some professional suggestions or/and comments to make myself more relax before take them:D

My system is;

SOUND CARD = M-Audio FireWire 1814

MONITORS = ALESIS M 1 Active MK2

MICROPHONE = RODE K2 TUBE

ANALOG MIXER = ALESIS Multimix 6 FX

&

I've a computer which has amd 3700(san diego cpu-64) / 2gb ddr kingston ram / gigabyte K8N PRO SLI mainboard/250gb seageate ncq 7200rpm hdd....

What 'is your suggestions? is the system enough for good quality?

and last question is, in this system , am I need an extra microphone preamfi ? or not...
