category arranger keyboard.
no Midi output, a USB connection, but easy to implement.

sounds galore, well graded, over 600, 200 styles are not bad and sound good.
almost everything is easily editable in this keyboard.
I did not use the sequencer, but it looks to me galley ...

UTILIZATION

the keyboard is easy to use "ready to play". the instructions are well detailed, except for the sequencer, I do not use it for now but there are demos on the net.

OVERALL OPINION

I quickly tried a Yamaha PSR 433 and Roland E 09, despite its slightly lower price,
this keyboard is very good, it does not "toy".
In conclusion, good keyboard compared to its price,
I remake the choice but with the Casio WK 7500, with more features.

UTILIZATION

My opinion is not very full, I bought the camera not for the arranger mode but only for the 16-track sequencer.

But first sounds. While Casio is how?
Well, not bad at all, very well!
Very easy to select sounds. Highly ranked and many just right. Good point.
The acoustic pianos are very good. Compared to korg's better, finer than roland but good, and compared to Yamaha's different but it is held, without blushing.
The electric pianos are good, normal, not worth the wurly a yamaha for sure.
Organs excellent!
Guitars .. Hey, there I would say no top or no ...
Strings, woodwinds, brass: honorable
Synths: another time, but simple and nice.
Drums: very good.

Touch is not transcendent, but just right for this award.

The screen and very clear and readable, one of the best on this point.
In addition to the 16 tracks of "equalizer", vertical sticks side by side, is super nice and unique in its class.

Well, back to what I most want to tell you about the sequencer.
The CTK 6000 is the only keyboard of this price range to offer a true 16-track sequencer, which means for me: from a simple click and record 16 different instruments (drums, bass, piano etc. ..) as desired, without being dependent on any arrangement or performance.
In addition, editing is possible: copy, erase, quantize, velocity modify, modify gate time ..
Well all that, yes, but ... For there is but one.
Just do it, but when recording, the song starts at the beginning, you can not move inside (forward-backward through the steps) when the song is stopped, you can just do it while playing : Sucks!. And that's totally unheard of, hell.
In addition, we can certainly replace or overdub record, but not punch in / out.
So for example, I record my piano track to the extent qinzième, or I made a mistake. Rather than repeat the recording puts there, I have to:
-Delete (erase) the events of this track from the position 15
-Put me in overdub mode and scroll the song from the beginning to play the desired location. And beware not to crash if we start!

Finally, even if we manage to ignore this problem, the issue (yet comprehensive) is not easy. Used roland or yamaha, it's not the same thing, bcp more difficult to access, with plenty of sub menus. I think the device was not designed for it, simply.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 2 months.
I like the sound: generally very good. Also it's not like competing in where there is fifteen times more sounds embedded in the effects which are useless ..
No, sounds to 3 by an instrument is chosen and it is easy to use, sober and ready to play.
I also like the simplicity of the device: that it is provided very sound, it does not "gas plant" like many other arrangers and workstations.

This keyboard gives immediately want to play.

By the sequencer is against ruin everything: good on paper but actually unusable. I defy anyone to create an original piece with this unit is possible, but good luck .. and patience!

So, I use this keyboard as an electronic piano (with lots of sounds all the same!) As compared to a synth (too complex) it immediately gives pleasure and want to play. And when you have an idea you can save easily and immediately. But just the idea, because to do something specific you should use another device!

In short: for the price, you should not expect a yamaha motif .. So very very good keyboard, nice and notepad for budding composers (and others).
