Sonic Edge’s Fluffer pedal is an isolation pedal board buffer that the company recommends for any player who uses multiple pedals in their setup. The Fluffer is designed to reduce the loading effect caused by stacking multiple FX pedals between a guitar and an amplifier. This unwanted loading effect causes loss of signal, high-end frequency reduction and an overall unpleasant “muddy” sound that negatively impacts a player’s tone.

The FXUL8R is a new way to add studio quality FX to any amplifier without the need for a built-in FX loop. It advances the concept of a wet/dry FX rig, providing three options when feeding a tube amp’s signal into it: a JFET-buffered direct out, a full-featured mic preamp, and a blend of the two, before feeding an FX chain or a signal out to another slave amp.
