UTILIZATION

The handling is very simple. Without reading the manual, CSTA easy all the basic functions of the unit.

OVERALL OPINION

I use the M3000 for 3 years. I bought it to replace my Lexicon MPX-550 with the main advantage of being able to change the routing programs without having to change preset effects ... (On the Lexicon, a verb and delay in parallle do not have the same preset as the same effects in mono for example).
I love it for vocals and string instruments such as acoustic guitars, banjo, lap steel.

The only criticism I would make: the sounds are sometimes too clean ... Its small ERRF the M2000 has sometimes more grain ... Adpend and the type of music but sometimes apprciable.
The other ngatif the M3000, 90% of its effects are prprogramms reverbs, there are few other effects prprogramms and missing a pitch worthy of the name or distortion (as I sometimes use on voice).

UTILIZATION

Operation is simple, even simplistic.
The buttons are used to shape the sound trs quickly.
We shoot 2 or 3 knobs up To create a preset.
We choose the numro of memory thanks to the two sliders Dfile of memory
(Front, rear). Is validated by holding down load
and you're jou.On may regret:
- Tap tempo button ddi only dlais.
- A single volume knob for the 2 engines: 12 engines 1 & 2 bottom
rverbe right only, left only effect. Lack of progressiv Button dry / wet.

SOUND QUALITY

The effects are good trs, especially rverbes and dlais.
The others are more common. It see, for example the chorus seems limited at first but it broadens STREO much effect. The phaser is the weak point of the whole. You hear it too turn my taste. AIM I have a place of eternal vibrato trmolo.
In use (with pod), it is clear even when the quality of account rverbes! The simulation is live trs surprising. We believe it!
Note the time limit of prsence dynamic. Operation is very smooth the trs costs.

OVERALL OPINION

The report price is excellent quality in terms of quality and dlais rverbes (do the math with effects pedals!). I use it for two weeks with my pod. Clearly that I prfre effect CT ... (By the way, the effects are still the same pod of good behavior).
A by some wrong notes (tap tempo button, phaser, volume knob, no software edition), the M300 is the case and assure.
It seems that TC is the choice of simplicity (few rglage very memory) like lexicon: many rglages trs little memory (MPX110 for example) .

UTILIZATION

In terms of ergonomics: nothing to say it's totally intuitive as all is set by rotary switches and potentiometers.
No menu and sub menu and sub-sub menus on LCD riquiqui (you know what I mean), everything is visible to the position of the knobs or memorable (99 presets)
It is a model of its kind for ergonomics! And more knobs and switches seem of good quality (it will see use after a few years for reliability ...)
Good manual, simple and concise (almost useless so the handling is intuitive.
Comprehensive MIDI implementation.

SOUND QUALITY

High-quality reverbs, the delay is good too, there is even a compressor (I have never used)
I use it as an insert on a mixer mackie, with synths, guitar etc ... and rendering is excellent, not a hair out of breath. dynamic than enough.

OVERALL OPINION

Used for 6 months.
I have other multi-effects but for the quality / price it is unbeatable.
If you hesitate between the Lexicon MPX 100 and take it tc-electronic: better and cheaper.

UTILIZATION

Configuration is very simple and it suits me.
You can do a really nice effect in seconds.
The manual is not essential ... I got it in English, so I just démerder alone.

SOUND QUALITY

The effects are quality, it's TC Electronic is no surprise.
Personally, I use the M300 so my Guitar Rack for reverbs and delays mainly (that is the highlight of this stuff) and I also use a little compressor.
I also used my recordings.
I use it with my guitar and also my keyboard, the M300 and a preamp tube really gives life to my old Yamaha PSR230!

OVERALL OPINION

I purchased a few months ago, so I step back and works really well but let's be clear.
It is not for guitarists and those who use many effects it greatly prefer the G-Major and this is justified.
As far as I am, no worries.
On occas', it is not expensive and can be a good multi-purpose studio.

SOUND QUALITY

Outstanding!

TC quality is there. The reverbs are splendid. The editing takes time, but it's worth it. We are far from reverbs to my v-amp pro where you turn, you play. There must be time and a very fine set.

Ditto for the delays which are superb. Very specific, very effective.
The chorus is also very pretty. Some reproach him a little lack of presence, but it does its business. The exact opposite of the one I had on my digitech S100 which was very clean and present. This one is organic and fairly unobtrusive. I love it!
Phaser, Vintage Phaser and Flanger are two success stories!

OVERALL OPINION

In short, it is far from the multi-effects with chaining a lot, but for the price where it is found to OCCAZ, it allows caller in a 1U high quality reverb and full effect at least equal quality (with keys different, of course) is what we find in a Boss unit € 100.

Perfect for home recording, but also on stage (no hollow of a preset to another, and the delay is not cut).

DISCO LIVE IN USE.
I personally am on saxophone electro house, deep and so I only play in places with a lot of amplified noise, so I only use the delays on the M300, and for me it is an indispensable reference: nine affordable purchase by with the quality (about 200 euros), easily available on occasion (half price move), unbreakable (mine is falling as often as the number of first crepe at Candlemas it works .. and nickel)

I changed from a lexicon NX200

On this unit you get a bunch of reverbs, a bunch of delays, phaser, chorus, flanger, compression and a de-esser. This is one of the nice things about this unit, it has analog TRS 1/4" , SPDIF and MIDI in and out connections. This is a blend of Analog and Digital processing. Yes, you can edit the unit via a MAC/PC through midi editing software (midiquestXL) and I think I heard there is a software plugin you can use to control it, but I prefer to use the knobs on the front of the box. Yes, this is a rackable unit.

UTILIZATION

Yes, the effect editing is very easy as most of everything is setup to be controlled by a knob or a button. I find the general configuration and setup is very simple. Issues can arise in poorly lit areas because you need to be able to read the small print on the unit inorder to adjust the knobs to where you want. The manual is clear and sufficient and I recommend perusing it to learn how to save presets and how to get the most out of this unit.


SOUND QUALITY

I use this unit on a send/return track in ableton so that I can run virtually anything into it at my leisure. It works great for synthesizers (plugin and hardware) and my Rhodes Piano. I feel the reproduction of my instruments suffer no loss of quality. The delays are realistic and the Reverb is nice and full. I hear no coloring of sound that stands out. My favorite sounds on this unit are the delays. You get many options (simple, ping pong, tape, slapback) and you can control them very easily. I am not very impressed by the compression. Its ok, but I have some vintage compressors that make me a little biased.

OVERALL OPINION

What I like most about this unit is it's flexibility and the fact that you can use two of the effects at the same time (dual engine processing). The only thing I am not impressed by is the compression but its no serious fault, its just not my first choice, but still usable. Brand new this unit is $150. You will pay that same price for a decent plugin and I would recommend this way before most software plugins. I paid $50 so that was an amazing deal. If I had to quantify it, I would give it an 8 out of 10 for sound quality. I have used individual effect processors (Alesis Midi Verb, yamaha delay, boss delay, etc...) and I find this unit holds up to all of them.
For the price I got it for, I would buy another one. Even at full price, its still a good deal.
