Hammond X5

Hammond keyboard keys 2x44, + pdalier 13 notes. Hammond touch, I suppose, otherwise plutt piano keyboard, obviously.
This is a "spinet" without tone wheel (to replace the analog oscillators of Manir ralistes enough, but not identical). Designed as a "portable organ" ... instead of "portable", I would say now plutt "transportable".
Prvoir screwdriver, pliers, and other basic tools to disassemble and reassemble. Controller: 9 drawbars for the keyboard suprieur, 7 infrieur keyboard, a zipper for pdalier (one volume, what), along with a switch to Defines the octave, or waveform.
Two percussion 2nd and 3rd, long or short (activation of the percussionist. Does not nullify the action of the pull corresponding harmonic, as the wheel Hammond organs). A switch "repeat" to rpter percussion, pinking a kind of mandolin effect adjustable using a knob "Rate"
A preset keyboard infrieur, three for suprieur. rarely used but can be useful on occasion.

A switch to toggle the pdalier on the lower keyboard infrieur.

Two swich "reverb" 1 & 2, with its CHARACTERISTICS, somewhat invasive, but I find trs enjoyable, especially with the Leslie on.
A brightness knob, useful when playing on something other than Leslie.
Total polyphony, no problem.

SOUNDS

Trs sounds are good, but not the exact sound rplique Hammond tone wheel. The vibrato is much more to think about Farfisa Garage rock at the B3 vibrato scanner.
There are, however, the main CHARACTERISTICS sound, with the Key-click, and everything. We feel the lack of lights in the Leslie, but it's not the fault of the organ. normment a sound body, and low, extremely sharp, vibrate the tile. Used for three years.
Particularity: Hammond is class! The sound is not the standard Hammond, but Hammond plutt a hybrid (for the stamp "dry") and Farfisa (for the available effects, mainly the vibrato switch and the "repeat" associated with the knob " rate ". giving it its own personality with good versatility trs anyway.
