Ok here we go:
This is an opinion disguised as a test, with only 3 days (intensive) test, and only my opinion, as usual ...
Owner of T-Racks and Waves 1RES versions (L1), that two years I feel like mastering more than sound, in short, I believe trs be required in this area:

I would start with a criticism vis vis the Ozone3: the role of rverb (you put the rverb on all of your final mix you??), I would rather put a good limiter, because there is indeed a maximum loudness, but so it maximizes the bass and not the entire spectrum. I will come back but the compression is not done all the ends of its limits ...
For it is against Ozone3: trs a good EQ section, an excellent Loudness Maximizing, as good a multi-band, and then excite a particular harmonic and a "Stereo imaging" every two multiband effectiveness of a copy!
Simulates all the lights and the smells!
In terms of feedback, the watchwords are transparently clear and supra-DYNAMIC, without saturation added.
To redo a small compared to the L1, one a chain EQ and Loudness Maximizer brings immediately oversized power, block 0, pulls down and that it refines blow APRS EQ.
With ozone is very subtle: go hop a little bit of fever, then stir in the same harmonies frquence, then compresses the still frquence etc etc. .. . and as and when the sound rises and rises, and becomes hotter and hotter, in short, the foot!
Ozone is an indispensable tool, I wonder also how I used to ...
Another little trick that I do not like if: the dither and shapping.
These, in the Loudness Maximizer, provide a definite coloration to the sound, if not dtrioration sound bad so I got the point ... because if like me you work in any 24-bit and if you do not want to drles surprises when you receive your discs presss, this tape is required for dithering down to CD format on 16 bits.
In short, to conclude, I would say that I mastered with Ozone3, and I give the final touch via the L1. The latter is still accepting 1DB "compression" (0 blocking and limiting -1), has brought even more without saturation, and I use the Dither and shapping of it, which they do not dgradent sound.
So as dj said this is only my opinion, is the opinion of a purchase rcent, then I would come complter later if necessary, or if other notes ...
I would add, I'll inflames me, I compare my mixes with everyone Rican, personal not only is there no shame, but I even feel like playing in the major courses. ..
I do not work the pay retailers or distributors, just like many I have full software donns not pollute my ordis than anything else, when it is good, it must be noted. A 10/10 hands down.

I have actually occurred to me that the Loudness Maximizer works well on all the frquences, is a limiting Entire hand and not just a bass boost as I implied ... DSOL :-( (I can confirm that there is an trs effective, I think it will even replace my L1! I would say also that with the compressor was quick to make a porridge mix, my impressions about the dithering 1RES did not suit me but the I must surely it plunges me ... but as against the set as Mr. rverb higher on an overall mix, I call a suicide ... because if as in the suggests, and it is also true that the main phase is the mix, too dry mix is the error, add the whole rverb a fawn is the best to make it rough, I doubt that rverb included in a plug 250 will effect a convaincaints ... ct is one more, so why not do and everyone is what he wants ...
