UTILIZATION

Easy to set up, it is actually juggle all the possibilities before you find the sound you are looking, it takes a chouilla time but nothing too complicated.

SOUND QUALITY

Two things, one positive, one negative:
- There are ways to make a max of sounds, all excellent, not exactly identical to the original RAT in my opinion, but the sounds do not sound so good, just very slightly different.

- I have lost signal when I put the level of distortion and the volume too high. As if an integrated compressor puffed my attacks when I pull my strings too. Without that it would be perfect but suddenly, I can not use my foot as I want.

OVERALL OPINION

In short, a pedal that could be a real massacre but I have a big problem.
Is this a problem with my foot in particular, I do not know if any of you had the same, let me know

Well as no one has an opinion on this wonder, I start.
ProCo Deucetone.
Box mtal trs trs solid.
Two pedals are in the pedals each with:

switch on / off
an input and output
3 knobs (Gain Tone Volume)
mini derrire selector to choose between several modes of RAT (Vintage, Turbo, Dirty and Clean).
Alim by 9V battery (trap below) or Alim male (type EH) derrire.

Basically it's like if you put two RAT2 rating rating but here standard save space.
800H autonomy for the 9V battery (the class).

A Disto pro, super reliable and rsistante.

UTILIZATION

Two channels can be cascaded or utilisssparement (mode I prfre) according to the connections we made derrire.

Channel A: Vintage / Turbo / Dirty (optional)
Channel B: Vintage / Turbo / Clean (again your choice)

We thus find almost all models in the ProCo RAT one and the same.

For the rest knobs and switch, I'll spare you the comments is as usual!

SOUND QUALITY

Ah you reach the heavy.

This is a distortion pedals Pro because you can accder a staggering varieties of saturation (s).
The sounds are beautiful: Overdrive, Fuzz and Disto are waiting for you and in addition to a high quality and meet trs well MODELS originals.
I had an OD, a RAT2 and a Big Muff and a single pedals I have all this under the foot (except the muff can be fuzzy, but the distortion is wonderful).
The rglages ragissent perfectly effectus change on the guitar (volume and tone).
Everything is under the (s) up (s) and (s) hand (s).

Hendrix, Creed, Queen with the ca's 70's 80's 90's and 2000 you can play.

TRS is a good product if you take the time for discovering the possibilities are endless!

OVERALL OPINION

Really tip top but certainly a price trs lev.

It is worth the money and hours of happiness that will come later.

To resume Proco pub, it's a Swiss Army knife to distortions!
A boost and three distos. All for 200 euros ... who could ask for another.
Possibility to put 2 domino effect resulting in a couple of possibilities.
It is also possible to connect two guitars on it (its nice for a homogeneous group)

UTILIZATION

With all these buttons takes some getting used to but nothing too serious.
Plus: the two switches are placed very close to each other and the center so you can activate facillement two simultaneous effects without doing the splits, and as they are in the center and the pedal is off, my little feet (45 girl) has ample room to land on one switch without Contortions 50 ...
Petit least: the selection of effects is done behind the pedal, not practical at all but hey we rarely changes during a piece
The rest is the classic three pots with effects, etc. ....

SOUND QUALITY

A pedal very well made, should not be difficult to find something .... only if you like the sound Proco (that's why I put not 10) Indeed, under the apparent versatility of the pedal, it's still a rat (and good). Aficionados of pod and other multi effect may not be a buyer. As against those who want a powerful sound, a little dirty with a panel from "vintage" to "recent" should find the holy grail.
I was really surprised by the effectiveness of the tone knob (filter) the range is extremely wide and the action of the sound is striking. We do not use it to fix the sound but to create them.

NB I have not tested this pedal on a transistor amp, but it reacts very well on a light amplifier (vox in this case)

SOUND QUALITY

This pedal is very efficace.J 'bosses have tested (metal zone and others) not comparaison.Avec deucetone found the sound in the two cascades, or simply by choosing one of three modes of each pedal and turning the knobs. Is there only for the large metal or "nu metal" or I would say the metal muff electro harmonix (+ or - in the same price range) is better but because the metal deucetone non.Désolé I ' I never tested amp mesa boogie or soldano.Je have adjusted to approximate the sound of rhythmic L7 for those who know and it looks like franchement.Je plays an unnamed Japanese copy of the 70's has 2 microphones a simple transistor amplifier hohnner 80's and I get to have a more straight forward (but accurate) than fender or peavey amplifier coupled to metal zone.

OVERALL OPINION

I have 2 years, bought second-hand € 150. I thought it was expensive but I think the use I have put my money! We may regret the selection of three types of pedals x 2 has the back but as said previously that changes every 10 seconds disto on a piece? For it was against two different distortion under the foot for each song, like "smell like teen spirit" by Nirvana on it begins to boost the clean rat clear, we move on to a later time.The turbo rat 'alim in fact one can jack shit but hey ... the batteries last long enough on this model if you want to invest in the adapter (15 € in audiotubetech).
It is expensive to buy new (€ 220) but is indestuctible except a bump on it to ground, and its level is enough faire.Maintenant I have tried if pete or if I am flying the j 'to buy another of suite.Je 9 for power supply is good but it is not history to 10!
