Here I have to try the beast before ordering for a week and verdict
s' is the bomb and I find them even better than the 1000 mk2 which it functions less useful kind save those home points on a map frankly memory that will save more than a thousand points start on its memory card

Otherwise level adjustment s' is better faster than the 1000 to settle the start and stop of the plate seen that it is thanks to a button in place of two so overall this player is destine to dj spineless really take them for a technics cd player has the pure state the quick start function to return to the beginning of the Scratch on which every time the hand is redeposited on the board the only complaint I have is that s platinum is that it does not have the sound graph daytime viewing as the 1000MK2

If not outright purchase condones you don 'will not regret it believe me and yet I am a super tough gear levels but I have been really conquered

I purchased the unit from a local music store (Steve's Music) in Ottawa, Canada for 879.00$ CDN +Tax.



First off... The price of the original Pioneer CDJ-1000 CD Player is way more expensive than what most DJ's are willing to pay for a product of this nature. This is the ultimate alternative.

The Pioneer CDJ-800 gives you almost all the features of its big brother (the Pioneer CDJ-1000) at a fraction of the cost. It also gives you a few new features not found on their other units.

Here are some of the highlights:

- The automatic measured looping buttons are a very effective way to create the perfect loops as long as the bpm is properly calculated with the bpm counter.

- The digital output actually allows you to use the pitch control (unlike the CDJ-1000 that sets the pitch to 0 in digital mode).

- The new "Quick Return" feature lets you set a specific cue point and automatically brings it back to that initial point everytime you start scratching (a very useful feature for the trickster in you).

- The "Master Tempo" is not laggy like it's competition. Pioneer definately sports the tightest algorithm out there. I've tested almost every brand available and this one really shines in that aspect!

- The one touch reverse button lets you create amazing tricks and helps you decode songs with controversial backwards vocals.

- It reads all formats of cds I tried (up to 24x burns) unlike the Pioneer CDJ-3000 dual unit which gets real picky, stops, and gives error messages. They seem to have fixed that bug quite well.



Here are some of the very few things I disagree with:

- CD Text is not supported with this unit.

- The only pitch control ranges available are:
(+/-10%) & (+/-100%) It's a shame they didnt include (+/-6%) & (+/-16%).

- A tap button should have been installed to correct any wrong bpm count.

The construction of the unit is perfect in every way. The look, the buttons, the feel, the layout, the size (which is more compact than the CDJ-1000). Even the smell of it is appealing (as it gets pulled out of the box for the 1st time). It's surprisingly lightweight and it really looks like it's built to last. It's an all round sexy machine!!!


So if you are looking for a good solid and precise cd player, accept no imitations. The Pioneer CDJ-800 is the piece of gear for you!

I've been DJ'ing for 12 years and I've worked with almost every piece of gear out there, this is by far my best purchase.

Try one out at your local dealer and see for yourself, you won't be dissapointed.

C is the bomb I lay for 1 week only fault that I found c that it does not have the mp3 for fans of hip hop and scratch dj and rnb (like me) I recommend it c is a replica of a mk2 with effect + (reverse loop ...) j eSites between the final scratch stanton cd and I am not above the choices that I did the price is cheaper than the CDJ1000 (c the trick in less memory) the rest vor strong but given the resistance of 1000 ..... alor beginner dj not buy the m. .. choosing a product that he tell him j test the final scratch and CDJ1000 and the Denon are products that are equivalent but the 800 is - cheap prices and quality are the top c

for me the most: the effect vinyl amazing! the perfect mix with two turntables, a sensitivity trs well done.
Cons: the tray nonrotating forces have other reflex one would want to have a much resembles a turntable ....
for the price over the cdj 1000 is the IDAL fontion mmorisation because the loop is not essential.
if I did not want a system that acqurir mix vinyl with MP3 (scratch or final type dvinyl2020) I keep ....

that's seven months that I have acquired its readers and I am very comfortable with al.
j I try cdj 100s during the contest or nrj j have a mix of fnac Orleans, ba vla the cat, which I was accustomed to but cdj 800 cdj 100s down on some may have m disturb because of the difference in ease utlisation already on the cdj 800 you will find a loop and cue functions while on the 100s you will find ..... umm not just a cue functions not really practical to take control of c is true that that is the low end of Pioneer you tell me. Bon c is true that the issue price cdj 800 is a bit expensive though now looking good is found at 649 euros which in fact, nest very cheap for the quality engineering and manufacturing of products that will be a long life before him as a reliable 100 ° / ° approval of a design very original ideal mixer with CDJ 600
In short a price that is quality

I use them in intensive for over 2 years and no problems at the operation or playing a track!
Excellent product no gadjet functions, loops Automatic (1 / 4, 1 / 2, 1 / 1, 2 / 1) extraoridnaire although often a small registration is needed but nothing major (can loop manual)! Jog Wheel excellent FLYING and an ultra easy ultra-precise pitch adjustment + or - 0.05%! Master Tempo Pioneer's top notch (no distosion in sound)! No comparison with other player market (although many other manufacturers based on these drives!) Except the CDJ 1000 mk2 which are even more amazing (especially at the jog weel which is much more suited to scratch because it is less flexible than the 800 but the price difference is very substantial (40% more expensive now!). So to sum great product with a very good price / quality ratio, a choice that I would do without hesitation !

I bought OCCAZ: nine state, served two months (on ebay United States: 400 expdition fee included) 2 months ago. No worries, no bug, despite some violent backspin and scratch ...

- What is the particular feature you like best and least?

Goodies: Getting started super fast. As t dja said (and this is not bullshit), in less than a quarter of an hour, you matrises almost all functions of this board! Otherwise, the oversized jog is central prcis. Reading CD-R and CD-RW and poses no problem (the same gnriques ...). Personally, the fact that this board does not gre mp3 format does not impede me. I find it superfluous, even useless show, a DJ turntable read the mp3: a must be a brothel for losing track of a hundred on a cd!

Cons: The least, will plutt level loops. Even if the loops are perfect, we can not do loops over 12 times. Otherwise the look seems a little too "plastic"!
- Have you tried many other models before acqurir?

I tried the CDJ-1000, to compare the two MODELS. The report qualitprix that the 800 is better. Basically, the 800 is the little sister of 1000: Less features, not essential ... forcment

- With the exprience, you do again this choice? ...

Definitely! I'll even sell a turntable to buy me a deuxime. APRS Nowel Dad has passed ...

- Getting Started with hyper intuitive. all features come to hand we have a go without the user manual.
- Looping perfect automatic and manual
- Jog large effective
- The "quick return" which returns to the cue point by simply pressing on the top shelf

Cons:
- Does not support CD-text
- No possibility of independently rgler time limit to start and stop

Pioneer CDJ 500 II, trs good machine, but a little too limited, Denon DNS100, good little as platinum and other "things" taking over the standalone player with pitch

- How do you report qualitprix?
A bit expensive, you pay the "Pioneer" on crit cts but it is still justified given the effectiveness of the bte ...

Without hesitation ...

I buy this board in late August 2005.

I like the central turntable, it's more convenient than the pitch bend I had on my old turntables. The BPM counter with a little coarsely adjust the tempo, but then be adjusted by ear, especially since often the meter is unable to decide (it is common to see the display 130, then 134, then 132, then 131, then 134 again ... even if it happens in the end to provide a fairly stable number ...). For that, the tempo is very (too?) Specific: 0.05% to 0.05!

Handy, too, the loop automatically, which should however only be used for melodies "basic" ...
I also like the overall look, stylish with the CDs and swallowing the central ring ...

But I like less the color (a little bronze, it's old-fashioned), and the lack of original functions, effects (absents. ..)... The thin plastic that makes up is also quite low in relation to the price ... it's weird ..
Too bad also that the window does not display the name of the securities, it can be used. In addition, the plate is not the MP3 .. Custom it does not really bother me because I think I would lose quickly in my CDs ...
Another thing: I also liked that there is a button to stop or not the CD at the end of the range = sometimes if I forget to lower the fader of the plate, the title linked together after ...!!

Before I had JB Systems CD100 ... without comment.

Value for money: 600 euros for a plate that still hurts in the ass, then saw it takes two, I will not say .. but not against competition, it can be from 10 to 20% too much but hey it is sold well it seems ..

After a week of use, I found some problems reading CD-R: a bluntly planted, others have problems when we break ... I'm not sure these plates are so reliable as they say ...
In fact, the problem occurs with all new CD-R PHILIPS ... may be that this brand is not blameless in regard to its products ...

My rating: 08/10 because in all it's still good deck, but we expect something closer to perfection at this price ... :

-0.5 For the lack of features and (CD text, reassuring live ..) effects
-1 For the failures when playing certain CD-R ...

It's been a while since I use them and my time is not so bad of the matter. I have no particular criticism to make on this little jewel: the loops are of a quality harsh environment, the handling and super fast sratch (although I very rarely used) in good quality.
I use them in the evening and use it with other DJ's attention when some hardware is not theirs ... They are always so solid Impeks foolproof, pioneer you might say !
The report seems qualitprix exellent. I test the CDJ 1000 and I find it does not justify its price, there are plenty of function but did we really need a good box was indeed a sampler and you're jou ... In addition they read the CDR-W, which is not the case for 1000.

DENON turntables seem quite as she read the most personal MP3 but I have not had privilge to test them.

I put 9 / 10 for the MP3 but otherwise great product to buy eyes closed.

I have this board for a year I dj command to stats, I did not have to rev high. For we must admit that when it's been 800 euro for a turntable Cherie Posed that one hot cue and no effect except that of scratching ... but what a scratch friends!

I try and nothing has been concurence to the precision that it is the pioneer in trouve.Il same applies with all the keys of the plate is the cue for example if prcis it allows new effects!

the pitch is one of prcsion also rgale + or - 0.05%! ideal for house mix of qualits.je not talking about the master tempo or does the pioneer has always refrence.
what appeals to me it is the least buckles that are frankly unusable lives (or the pitch is essential rctification)

no problem for her was a clear and powerful (for a cd ...)

to conclude I would say that the cdj 800 is a good trs platinum (Ascending accessible)
for DJs who seeks above all the quality in las basic functions.
things she can but she does well!

for those looking for more possibilities I would advise them knowing that the denon qans be the numark their precision is lower as the price elsewhere!!
