UTILIZATION

The rglages are simple, versatile trs (Meddle interaction between Bass and Treble) and trs effective.
Each channel includes rgalge and Master Volume.
Submitted the effects loop of a intrt potentiomtre volume input and output. Output line and output supplmentaire HP. (As usually with a combo, addition of an HP supplmentaire brings a lot of broadcast quality sound)
This is an extremely ... prcis rgal. To enjoy the maximun sounds logical it will involve an instrument of the same bill.

SOUNDS

I love this amp beautiful and opulent vintage building. The sounds are obtained in a fairly wide range of Fender and Boogie directed musicians express prcis touch. The R55 is suitable for jazz, blues & blues and rock, modern rock, to pop rock. Hard + and refrain (though the box of not refuse to deliver its Watts ds that you push all the right ...)
The clean sounds are amazing (with a good Start or LP!). In distorted sounds it's all good, certainly with optimal LP (I have only used a Start on that channel).

OVERALL OPINION

I used a little over 2 years ERRF (30 Watts) and the R55-112 two years also. I had the opportunity several years ago to test some classic amps m'arrt march before the choice. I returned a less powerful amp because I do dernirement dsormais plays in small clubs and cafés concert or I can not use the 50 Watts of R55, which is the only one I inconvnient to report today.

UTILIZATION

I totally agree with the opinion of lucky-seven. I would add, however, the following defects (related to my use of course):
- No footswitch for the reverb
- No settings for boost. Basically I would have liked to control the gain boost.

But it's still good detail. The overall use is simple. I like the fact that there have not "master" which simultaneously controls the gain of both channels.

SOUNDS

With the band we play a lot of different styles: rock, reggae, funk, electro, trip-hop .... Well I found my happiness for each of the styles.
The sounds are really clear top (I always put the ninja boost) and I play more with the saturation of the amplifier (with or without boost).
I play it with a Gibson Les Paul Custom and it sounds wicked! The guitar and the amp has two of them are enough to sway me from Led Zep, Black Sabbath, .... not need to saturation or other effects.
I also have a Fender Start US + and then the funk is a hit too well.
To summarize j'ADDOOOORRRRRREEEEEEE sound! We can work it really well without it taking the lead and find sounds tip-top. Basically an album if you want full of shades of different sounds for the guitar ben is a good start with this kind of amp.
It is on that to make the metal is not the amp you need. I rarely do metal but if I want a rocking riff bin I use a distortion pedal appropriate (Boss MT2) I use also above the saturation of the amplifier to add the heat!

OVERALL OPINION

I bought used (800 euros) and I use it for 1 year (already).
In fact at the time (Boudiou was the good old days), I was looking for an all-tube amp for a budjet of less than 1000 euros. I found nothing convincing in the new, even the Fender Hot Rod did not sound to me. I talk about this amp because it was one of the best-selling ....
The mesa boogie bin must be put twice before something pete. The first awards that are already super expensive are not really top I think.

Basically I found my happiness not until I came across this amp. I test the store with a Gibson Les Paul and there I hearts the energy, the heat of the note.

If someone want me to give him one or two mp3 with:

Bought new for a longer than 2 years, this amp and it fills me with great pleasure that I found my amp APRS "cheap" that remains in the room rptition.
unlike an amplifier transistors prt tural requirements for testing, my dealer has not agreed to let me provide a few days and I can understand how to choose an amp of this price after s IWHM few in the store?

UTILIZATION

Configuration very simple.

4 months of use super!
I made this amp sound and transmits well the guitar with me when we play, watch out! Amp Fidler very people playing the same wrong note .... so be very specific on.
Amp not so heavy as a. .... much less a Twin!
qualitPrix .... ben started to around 900 used, but the price to pay for an amp hand-made lamps and compare all these little classmates (Mesa, Soldano, wht, Bogner, brunetti, etc. ....) it have its place on the podium.
Yes I do it again this election without problems, fortunately for me I had more to do .... I care!
