The new Session Keys series for Kontakt 5 debuts with two Grand Y and Grand S libraries, each offering two Concert and Studio acoustic characters. The difference between these modes is the position of the lid, which is opened in Concert mode and removed in Studio mode.
e-instruments also includes an Animator phrase generator, a Smart Chord Mode for those who use pad controllers and a Pentamorph feature designed for real time sound design. This controller allows for quickly adjusting the acoustic characteristics of the instruments and create mouvements on the fly with a single knob.
The Session Key Grand S features the samples of a Steinway D4 Concert Grand Piano, while the Session Keys Y offers the sound of a Yamaha CFIIIS Concert Grand.
Each piano library is available separately for 99€/$ each, but you can purchase them in bundle for 159€/$. Demos of both instruments are available at www.e-instruments.com.
