Great review but I feel it should be made clear that the, "cons" that you have listed are bugs not features and as such I'm not sure it's fair to list them as cons as like all bugs they can and will be fixed.
Also they have not effected all users.

There is an update released 10/12/13 which I believe has resolved some if not all of these issues but time will tell. So once these issues have been resolved I guess you will have NO cons ?
