Behringer Eurorack Pro RX1202FX

The Behringer EuroRack Pro RX 1202FX is a rack able mixer. You can rack it and put it right at eye level so no more looking down. Also, if you have lights in your rack then you will have no problem finding the knobs that your looking for in a live performance. I love when mixers can be mounted to the rack.


UTILIZATION

This rack mixer boasts 8 renowned studio-grade IMP "invisible" mic preamps with very ultralow noise and transparent audio quality which is exactly what I was looking for in a mixer. Other features on the Behringer EURORACK mixer include a high quality 24-bit digital stereo FX processor with over 100 different awesome presets, switchable +48V phantom power for condenser microphones, and 2-band EQ with clip LED for each channel.

SOUNDS

Just make sure that you get some type of coverage with this, like a warranty. But they do tend to start to act crazy after a few months in some cases. I have had this issue twice now, but good thing I purchased the warranty with it. The warranty will take care of everything even accidental damage they will get you your mixer back very fast after fixing.

OVERALL OPINION


I use this mixer in live applications. just playing recorded music for a banquet or live on stage with vocals, keyboards..etc. I have never had a problem. I put it in a road case which makes it easy to transport. This thing is really light weight. Since I use all powered speaker setup. This really helps to keep it compact. I stack the mixer on another case to put it at eye level. I am NOT an electro-wiz or PA kind of guy but I got it setup and running in about 10 min. and had my drums EQ'ed and ready to go in about 20min. If you need a sub-mixer for your kit, this is the way to go!

Is Rack? YES, but if I wanted one that has the button-Off BEHIND!
in a 19 "rack with 50 Kg of amps, if you install it against a wall, it's great!
for amps, you need a rack for at least 45 cm deep, but the Eurorack only 15 cm deep, contortionist appreciated. Attention, and against the same button Phantom power supply, you are wrong, and you send 48 volts in dynamic microphones.

UTILIZATION

Extremely simple setup, intuitive, except for (mentioned above) the effects displayed in figure unmatched with the manual, so to download.
All functions accessible EXCEPT OFF THE MARKET.
For once in behringer, the manual is clear, and miracle, it speaks only of this product. Hence the unusual clarity,
- Settings practical enough, once connected, we control very quickly level, tone, effects, back monitor, pan or balance depending on the inputs. The very intuitive and consistent with the needs of a small group.

SOUNDS

- Be positive: I stop bitching after the difficult access to the rear, I only had to think about and plan to cut a rack, let's talk about the result:
Input levels: no microphone gain despite blowing open, daring adaptations without direct box: HP relay output 80 watts (stereo guitar one HP left, the right eurorack: attenuator not even stop, balance perfect, perfect sound.
Attention, not multi-band equalizer simple adjustment or two separate severe acute buttons per entry (for me, with the ULTRAGRAPH 2 x 15 bands and anti larsen same brand no worries)

first contact: OK, I tried many consoles before, always with adjustment problems.
We decided to save time assembly / disassembly with all racqué. We thought having to use external effects, it will be nothing but an insert on one or two entries for specific effect on some tracks, but this has nothing to do with the work of a mixer.
In short I would put a 8 out of 10 because of the button, and then becaufe it feels good to vent, but if you compare the price and assured work, it would be worth 10 with a mirror and an articulated arm.
Except to discover that she burned setting fire to the house, I would do the same purchase if the opportunity arose, and I can objectively as the advisor.
Basically it's not so surprising is the behringer, and no offense to the detractors of the brand, I was always amazed by the quality, other multi effect pedal XV amp, especially multi breath and pedal gradually as ... good product - € 100 we calm!

OVERALL OPINION

After three weeks of use, and several scenes, the EURORACK PRO RX1202FX is really nice, the trim can easily adjust the level differences between CD, MP3 player, guitars, vocals and synths ... No worries. I also tried a PSP and an iPod with a boosted high TRIM setting for use with karaoke voice, no feedback, setting effective.
Combo amps connected to the aux send to a floor, using monitor output jack to send sound to a first front and XLR outputs to send sound to a second .... the console does well ....
The most painful is the power button and misplaced the flashlight required to go on stage to connect the cables to the rear of the rack in the dark .... As for portards volume refrain big fingers. ...
Overgrazing nice rack for all kinds of configs studio or concerts ... 8 stage microphones, keyboards, recording the live concert using the monitor output or output TAPE CD, multi purpose 100 presets, all for 219 euros .... who can do better?
Practice as the ability to send the CD input RCA's to the front or to the MONITOR OUT .. ``
Behringer thank you
