UTILIZATION

SOUND QUALITY

Multiscale simulation: single / double: perfect
Amp modeling: a little messy with distortion but finds happiness
Modeling distortion: TRSE full, very effective ... a little pref for bigm ...
Other effects are great (delay, flanger, chorus ...), only the reverbs are a bit below ... dommahe.
The real plus for me is the USB !!! 2 * 2 channel audio ... In digital, so no hiss or interference ... and excellent latency with ASIO drivers digitech ...
Needed at home computer music.
Never tested live, but in my opinion, with 2 "pedals", should be ca ... or galley must all prepared in advance !!!

I wanted to compare with my RP70, especially better access to the parameters. In this connection plenty of functions are accessed from a computer (like ducking delay).

UTILIZATION

Well, except for abbreviations that are really amps sector galley is intuitive.
Attention to the EQ module is a small smart: turning on the first button changes the overall report (mid boost amp for live use, warm, bright and sp I do not know what it means but it is the most compact / specific ). So start there by adjusting the sound.

SOUND QUALITY

The compressor is measurable, there can be subtle but there as exaggeration chouic chouic excessive. Bit noisy and more.
The effects are of course blameless.
The distortion pedal board are amazingly good and realistic and full of punch, a real treat.
I have great difficulty with amps offered on the other hand, like the Digitech RP70 tacked wanting to do too roots and it is not there, it's not quite clear and precise, and rather dull in the together.
My RP150 I liked most on this side because I got this beautiful saturated smoothness to the instrumental 80s (howe, Housholder and others). No way with the 155 and it is very unfortunate.
The clean sounds are also poorer, even topo I prefer smoother but more accurate and especially without those nasty resonances in the midrange.

OVERALL OPINION

So I am rather disappointed in the end, and I would have been well advised to keep my RP150 which offered me more opportunities.

The most pleasant saturax are obtained with the overdrive section alone, without the amplifying section.
With that said I have not used the machine via the computer, I'll update if location is (I'm sure the creature has more than one trick up his sleeve)

The sound quality overall is pretty crazy anyway, very clean and space, and even more when you consider the ridiculous price of foo.
