UPDATE: NEW FIRMWARE IS ON RESENTED G100 New later, now it is possible to assign the BYPASS THE MUTE BUTTON AND CHANGE PRESET DIRECTLY AT THE FOOT!
Whammy, Chorus, Tremolo, Wah, Pitch Shifter / Align, phaser, flanger ....
4 channels clean and mega texas british
No publisher. It is not essential but it could be convenient to classify because 64 preset banks when it was the same mess.
Connection a little minimalist, not MIDI. It's not so bad, anyway it is a MODEL of range for more functions is the need to prophesy.
Between an MP3 player and headphone output, two stereo audio jack that offers a lot of interresting possibility (pan effects etc. ..).
The bottom is but it's true that there is no possibility of mass-level connections.
UTILIZATION
Everything is easy to use, it is simply in spite trs e fact that there is little buttons the interface is trs bine think.
Ldition is really easy and the effects are quite easily set but with much paramtres possible.
The manual is good and trs trs clear.
SOUND QUALITY
Frankly the quality of the effects is Sidr. The clean sounds are great leads as ANSI (the delay and the reverb does not eat up the sound). As against the crunch and distos, although good, are a bit plasticky COMPARED AT ToneLab (similar to the pod in a way), but the sound is clearer easier to configure.
I think once in my amp lamps pass the sound will be comparable to the ToneLab.
Level effects is the ToneLab Exceeds I think.
Many effects, many parameters without going into the gas plant boss or digitech way. Here is the simplicity maitresss. The pitch is a bit shitfer 4 in 1 (whammy, Octave, harmonize and detune) one can draw a lot of things and a dozen epreset do with brillio.
The hush is effective trs sound is clear. Even with the largest distortion I have ZERO noise ca me even a little strange to beginners because I think it's not normal!
Beauoup I liked the construction of the chassis and particularly the pedal, which I find superior to that of the ToneLab (which is concrete yet)
The wah sound is better too, and the Wammy / shofter pitch is absolutely monstrous with a total of ten presets crazy devoted to it. All custom settings are assigned to the pedals (gain, mix effects etc ...)
To know that I chose to buy the pedals because it costs little more than the price of the whammy, and I just wanted one. For that alone I got a good deal.
I find the presets well above what is seen elsewhere, here the goal is not to suggest the sound of Led Zeppelin and Metallica (although they are lol) but mostly inspiring presets with unexpected and sometimes use inspiring effects.
There's really chelou stuff, sometimes it is Pink Floyd and JM Jarre. But it's not bad.
As a fan of vai I find my happy!
No fake stuff like the infamous boss me-50, which costs the same ..........
I found it usable. GOOD 64 presets. Just moving a little qualisation.
I am also enjoyable surprised that everything is EASILY hack and turn a few knobs relement change the sound.
For example the channel controls the mega "bass" and "middle" relement sculpt the sound. It's great to spend a little time you can easily get any type of distos.
The "British" is really not bad. the mega is great (despite the fact that I was not a fan of mesa), but the presets are too low, but hey I quickly fix that by drying the simulation of HP. The scoop is super aggressive mode is to sound more modern (like Dir En Grey or deftones ...)
Texas by the cons I find quite average. Not bad but average. Nothing to do with the crunch of the ToneLab.
The clean is really great, he lets the guitar do all the work and microphones are particulirement highlighted. I think of the micro of my single jem because I draw authetication sounds of country and surf, and with the evolution of cleans I draw funky phaser with really excellent. No imitations, the real thing.
OVERALL OPINION
For that price one can hardly ask for more ...
All competitors in the range less than 300 euros are buried.
I pay 190 euros (ebay us) for shipping and included adapter (45watt = 9x4 for the latter)
Versions are more compltes prvues to overcome the lack of features but in reality it will be the same product with three buttons, I think this one is perfect at the moment.
I tried the prophesy and it is true that it is not far away. The sound is not quite as good but the spirit is there, and then the price is not the same.
Voila, a recommended purchase know you want a modern sound and full effect
I have tried or have the Tonelab, the ME50 (yuck), a digitech, POD XT, and the Boss GT5 (the good and the trs is analog, nothing to do with The models include as GT8 ....)
I sold the ToneLab VCAR sound and it sounded pretty tuft n'tait not adjustable. Trs good to play at home but live recording or nothing to do to get in the mix. Even with one of epdale qualisation has sortie.Il seems that ToneLab LE model will offer more of options to adjust the sound output has ......
The Rocktron has nothing to do with the ToneLab, the sounds are the most modern vintage coubvre tnelab him. I like both.
I hesitated with gt5. I do not boss so I took it but I will maybe buy 2 for comparison.
Compared with the pod and other simulators, the highlights are:
- Is not lost with 200 simus amp a little simplistic and insensitive to the setting. Here the sounds are well chosen and we draw what you want.
- The coup could no attempt to imitate "the sound" but rather a good point bar. It's like an amp rather achte.
- The effects bury the pod and the ToneLab six feet under.
Only boss and digitech peuvet compete. Normal c'esty their craft at the base ...
- The distos and clean sounds are good, better than some bosses I think.
Weaknesses:
- No choice of simulation, so we can not have "sound"
- We must bend down to turn the knobs (no software or module)
- Only 4 buttons is a bit limited. This interface is extremely well conceived says it is doing well with trs.
I read the mod job (very light) to PDF prior to receiving the product and the minute I Premire Pourva navoguer lese in custom settings to find what I wanted. I can not say the same boss and digitech home.
- Not a great choice of outputs and connections. It's not me drang then I record directly to the jack but for some it can be a problem.
- The sounds are rather modern. That said I would add that you can have clean fenderien of the most beautiful espce.

So I put 10, I do not see what we can expect more ..........
