No problem ..... You just declare it think its sound card.
The manual is clear.

P4 2.4 + GB + 1 GB ram + sound card like soundblaster audugy2 (I know a lot better).
The new version is more resource intensive, especially when normal stacking the new reverb through the spider.

OVERALL OPINION

I used version 1.1 dja for at least two years and frankly c'tait kif, but it's still the mieux.On can always criticize a product is always better but for the price everyone can have his studio and his s'clater CRER zic because it has everything is clicking, there is no need for connections, modules suplmentaires, everything is in and the possibilities are only infinies.La thing that can miss the ides.A less be a pro to zic and have money To create a real studio (all fawn, it will be in c Reason ' is a fact) I recommend this software gnial those who want to create.
I made three personal that I live with and it makes me happy in life.

probably yes .. parcontre Once you start really looking for quality and out of a need to think .. its model to other machines or external memory much .. if not its strong point is the Rhythmic drills .. ..
for the rest synth etc. .. some better VSTS or rewire .. I think the benefits of these modules are I think the possibility of patching a modular and obtain good layouts

Installing the software and MIDI keyboard without any problems.

SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

Cons:

The vocoder aporte latency greater or lesser depending on the sample rate.
The comp1 which has a self-gain as we can not cancel.
A volume reduction (-3dB to be ready) to export wav file.
The wav samples distributed in the Reason Factory (notably the drumkits) are not great (too compressed, not present for some).
Missing an equalizer accurate.
Pros:

The Subtractor and Maelstrom has a lot of modulation possibilities and creating sounds.
Possibility to import sounds from machines or voice hardware with nnxt/redrum/nn19.
Graphical succeeds.
Rather full in the effects (phaser, chorus, reverb, harmony, filter cutoff)
Software audio engine very stable and neutral on the wav file is imported, one can set back the synth (44100Hz aliasing present but quite usable).
The main strength of the wiring coming too. The hardware aspect has not limited the graphics, in fupport tab on the machines can be connected as desired.

OVERALL OPINION

I Interacting from 2 to 3 years.

I think it's a very good choice as well as audio software ergonomics is not always obvious (I know not everything can be keyboard shortcuts).

The dream would be nice to be able to process sound from an external source ie included with the entry interface "channel in" and be able to control it with a midi out.

When I purchased it , it was loaded with stock and preset sounds and samples. But unfortunately like most of the computer software programs all of the stock drums were really weak to me, same thing with a lot of the other computer sequencing programs on the market. I feel like if you pay 300 dollars for a software it should at least come stocked with some pretty good kits of all genre’s.

Once you get all of the that down its no different than a lot of other programs on the market. I was actually expecting it to stick out from fl studio and acid and or cubase but it didn’t. So that’s why Im just saying its good, because all of those other softwares are good too. Its basically just picking which one your want to go with and feel most comfortable on . Understand your gear is a big part of the musical process and you can understand Propeller Head Reason 2.5 pretty quick.

OVERALL OPINION

Overall the program is great, it works and sounds great. Sequencing is extremely easy even if its your first time using a computer software to do your music and or compositions with you will be able to do them in no problem. You may have to read through the manual a few times in order to clear up a few things but its mainly just getting use to the menu and options. give it a try! But once you get use to the menu’s and options you will see that Propeller head reason has all the bells and whistles. But you don’t want to get with those once you dig in deep with this program you will be surprised on what you can do with this program, this is a powerful program that has been around for a while and isn’t going anywhere.
