Id like to see some 1/4 I/O, a phono preamp, and maybe some line in ports. That would have been nice.

price paid: $200

UTILIZATION

Its easy to use but my only issue is that the software always has had bugs in it. the knobs dont always work actually more often then not they dont but u can do what u need to in the control panel with ur mouse.

GETTING STARTED

Ive had a few issues with it in the 2 years Ive had it. Mainly with the knobs and I dont think M Audio plans to fix this.

OVERALL OPINION

Good quality. Not the best for the price but it definetly gets the job done. I am happy with this card.

I'm happy with the card it gets the job done and it works with Pro Tools but if I had to do it again I would have bought the firewire 410.

At the time my second sound card ... To save everything (vocals, guitar ...) home studio .. that most home studio ;)

UTILIZATION

just see below ...

GETTING STARTED

Impeccable installation and well explained by m-audio but manual pdf on the other hand ...
Drivers updated. But I remember at the time I had problems but the config after sales in m-audio service was impeccable they helped me directly!
I got a good latency with adobe audition and reason.

OVERALL OPINION

I had used long! Content but I had the preamp coupled with XLR inputs for .. So namely, starting from its well know chain (from the sound source to the speakers) to see if it does not you rather be a card that has directly XLR preamp.
+ The plus is that it does not really big flaw ..
- The least is that it requires an external power supply of portable, just where it would be nice that she did not need (because of the small pin firewire on laptop computer).
- By the time the computer did not recognize I had to turn off and on, see both restart the computer .. I realized with the time it took the light before turning his computer .. or vice versa I can not remember and all back to normal.
Good value for money! yes!

Reputation for quality surrounding the product motivated me.
the main use is music listening and creation with FL.

config well above what is recommended, the card is old.

UTILIZATION

no problems with drivers under win7 64 bit!
provided the maudio site, and they work!
unlike a brand 'amateur', maudio ensures the continuity of his gear.
thank you!

the latency is about 5 to 7 ms.

GETTING STARTED

easy installation, config can be confusing, the virtual auxs are not necessarily easy to grasp, but once you understand the system is really nice!

OVERALL OPINION

very good value for money, not so easy to find in 2012, but is still equivalent range and ensures always!

and ease of use is commendable.

UTILIZATION

Used with MAC OS X 10.5.8 - Super stable - it serves me right to distribute the monitoring with matrix on imac - No latency observed (stereo signal) - 2 tracks simultaneous

GETTING STARTED

Nothing is easier to install

OVERALL OPINION

Map that is suitable as an adjunct, can not be the heart of a home studio worthy of the name, or used to manage HiFi sound from your computer to your HiFi. Super stable and easy to use....…

Map that is suitable as an adjunct, can not be the heart of a home studio worthy of the name, or used to manage HiFi sound from your computer to your HiFi. Super stable and easy to use. Case if prices to 50/60 euros, above is better to turn to the higher ranges.
